How and how long to cook manti so that they don’t fall apart

Manti are products made from flour that resemble dumplings in appearance. Lamb is usually used as a filling. Some housewives prefer to use other types of meat. Therefore, a dish prepared according to a classic recipe is considered a real rarity. However, regardless of the type of meat, manti turns out aromatic, tasty and very juicy.
To prepare such products, a special device is used - a pressure cooker. You can also use a slow cooker, an ordinary saucepan or a double boiler. The most important thing is to follow the cooking time and recipe.

How long to cook manti

Cooking time is approximately the same regardless of the method and usually takes no more than 40–45 minutes.

Remember: larger manti should be cooked a few minutes longer than medium ones.

In addition, frozen products will need 5-10 minutes longer than chilled ones. There is no need to defrost manti in advance.
