Pumpkin stewed with sugar is one of the dishes that has been loved since childhood. My grandmother grew huge pumpkins in the village, homemade, organic! Well, where can you find these now?!

I still remember those times when my grandmother had a Russian stove! Then, unfortunately, they broke it and made it gas. And how delicious everything was from the oven! Porridge, cabbage soup, pies, and just pumpkin, cut into large pieces and baked in the oven!

Although, all this, of course, can be prepared in our modern conditions, and we do, but what to do?!

Pumpkin with cheese and apples

If you like unusual desserts, then prepare fried pumpkin with cheese and apples.

Ingredients:
