- To prepare juicy and tasty chopped chicken cutlets, you need to start by preparing the ingredients. Fresh meat should be rinsed, then dried, and cut into small cubes less than 1 centimeter in size.
- Cut the onion into small cubes or thin half rings. Champignons or any other mushrooms should be finely chopped. To reduce them in size to the required parameters, lightly fry the onion with mushroom products in sunflower oil until tender.
- Cool the mushroom mass, and then place it in a deep bowl and add chopped meat, chopped herbs with garlic, sour cream and a small amount of wheat flour. Stir the minced meat and season it with spices at your discretion.
- Pour a little oil into the frying pan, heat it well, and then use a spoon to place the future cutlets on the grill surface. Fry for a few minutes on each side until crispy. You will need:
500 g chicken, 1 onion, 200 g zucchini, 5 tbsp.

Cooking process:
- If you don’t have ready-made minced meat, you can make it yourself according to the classic recipe, simply passing it through a meat grinder. Then sprinkle the meat mass with salt and spices for taste and begin pre-processing the mushrooms. Chop them as finely as possible, and do the same with a small onion. As for hard cheese, you can simply grate it. It is advisable to use a large one for such purposes.
- Pour oil into the frying pan and place the onion in it. When it is lightly fried, stir it and add mushrooms to it. Prepare the mushroom filling for chicken and mushroom cutlets by stirring occasionally for five minutes.
- Next, according to the recipe, you need to remove the hot frying pan with mushrooms from the heat, sprinkle them with grated cheese and quickly stir. Take some minced meat in your palm, form it into a flat pancake and fill it with filling in the center. Seal the edges tightly so that the chicken cutlets with mushrooms and cheese take on an oval shape.

- milk - a quarter glass;
- white onion – 1 pc.;
- fresh egg – 1 pc.;
- dried mushrooms - a few tablespoons;
- fresh mushrooms – 0.3 kg;
- shallots – 1 pc.;
- wheat flour - half a glass;
- butter – 1 tablespoon;
- ground pepper and sea salt.
Cooking process:
- According to the recipe, classic minced meat must be supplemented with a white loaf, which was previously soaked in warm milk. Onions or white onions should be cut into small cubes or used for chopping with a coarse grater. Fresh greens must be rinsed under running water and finely chopped. Finally, you need to supplement the chicken meat with sour cream, spices and eggs. This mass should be given a little time to brew thoroughly.
- To prepare the mushroom filling, champignons or any other fresh mushrooms need to be washed, dried, and then finely chopped. Meanwhile, dried foods need to be soaked in boiling water for several hours. At the end, the water will need to be drained, and the softened products will need to be cut.
- Place the butter on the frying surface. When it is completely melted, you will need to place chopped shallots there. Sprinkle the onion with pepper and salt. Cook it for about 4 minutes, and then add the mushrooms. It is better to simmer the products for about 10 minutes so that the moisture is completely removed. The finished filling should be cooled completely.
- With wet hands, form the minced meat into a flat cake, fill it with mushrooms and onions. Make sure the filling is tucked safely inside these flatbreads. Fry the mushroom-stuffed chicken cutlets after coating them generously in breading flour or breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets until golden brown on each side. Bon appetit!

1 kg chicken, 600 g spinach, 2 eggs, 10 tbsp.

- Forming cutlets is much easier with wet hands. You can give them an oval or round shape according to your choice. All you have to do is place the blanks on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and then place the baking sheet with the future cutlets into it. At the end of cooking, which takes about 40 minutes, the roasting pan with the meat beauty should be moved to the top shelf so that it acquires an appetizing golden crust. Step-by-step plan for preparing mushroom cutlets:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add cumin and ginger.

- Add coriander, amchur, salt and chilli powder, turn several times and turn off the heat.
- When cool, add potatoes.
- Form cutlets into round or oval shapes.

Recipe for “Chicken cutlets in white sauce with mushrooms”:
We make cutlets: add chopped onion to the minced meat (I do this in a food processor, but you can just chop it finely), a soaked bun, a couple of cloves of garlic (crush), salt, pepper.
Mix well, form cutlets and place in a frying pan to lightly fry.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. We clean the onion and mushrooms.
Cut the onion into half rings or smaller, as you prefer. Champignons – into slices and fry them in sunflower oil until lightly browned,
when ready, add 1 tbsp. flour and fry together with onions and mushrooms for just a minute, stirring constantly.
Add a glass of milk and a glass of water. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. The sauce will thicken. Add salt, pepper, squeeze out 3 cloves of garlic. This is how we will get it.
Place our cutlets in a baking dish. I have my fighting cast iron frying pan.
Pour our sauce over them and into the oven for 30 minutes.
