Do you want to cook a healthy and tasty meat dish? Then here’s a great idea for you - cutlets in sour cream in the oven. They turn out very juicy and do not contain excess fat, as when frying in a frying pan.

Cutlets with cabbage in the oven with gravy

Recipe for vegetable cutlets made from cabbage, which can also be called lazy cabbage rolls. The dish is very simple, quick and you can use any minced meat. In the dietary version, it can be chicken or turkey fillet.

• 300 ml broth, water;

1. Shred the cabbage into small strips, rub with your hands and mix with the minced meat. Add egg and spices to them, stir vigorously and form cutlets. Roll in flour, but just a little.

2. Grease a baking sheet with oil.

3. Three carrots and cut the onion. Sprinkle vegetables on a baking sheet or any form.

4. Place cabbage cutlets on the vegetables and bake for 15 minutes.

5. As soon as the products are browned, pour in simple gravy. To prepare, simply mix hot broth with tomato and spices. The gravy will become thicker due to the flour on the cutlets.

6. Cook the cutlets for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the type of meat used.
