  1. Grind the onion thoroughly using a blender.
  2. To get minced veal, use a blender or meat grinder.
  3. In one bowl, mix the minced meat, white bread crumbs previously soaked in milk, an egg and a pinch of salt.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 parts or leave whole if they are not very large.
  5. Form the minced meat into small, neat patties and place them in a container for steaming. Fill the multicooker pan with water, put potatoes and a little salt there, and place a steam container with cutlets on top. Close the lid and program the “Steam Boil” mode for 25 minutes.

Smart equipment will notify you with a sound signal that the steamed cutlets in the multicooker are ready. The dish is served with sour cream.
