Potatoes are considered the most budget-friendly and versatile product. It can be consumed as an independent dish (in the form of puree or fried), and also included in soups, salads or baked goods. When frying, stewing or baking (to add satiety), it is customary to put meat or meat products in the form of meatballs, sausages or stew into the dish. Eating potatoes with sausages allows you not only to quickly satisfy your hunger (and for a long time), but also to normalize the activity of the cardiac system, restore the level of iron in the blood, and the products also prevent the development of malignant cells.
The listed benefits of potatoes and sausages are almost completely preserved when preparing the dish in the oven. Interesting Facts. It is known that potatoes came to Russia at the end of the 17th century. But the product began to be grown and consumed on a large scale only in the second half of the 19th century. The tuber was considered a “damn apple”, so people categorically refused to grow it and staged numerous riots.

The dish is so simple that you will have to control yourself, otherwise you risk cooking it every day. The set of products is basic; even a child can master the technique. It is advisable to select short pasta, since it is easier to lay them in the same direction and in even layers. However, casseroles made from rolled spaghetti also look quite interesting.

- sausages – 8 pcs.;
- pasta – 300 g;
- cheese – 100 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- milk – 50 ml;
- salt;
- dill (bunches) – 3 pcs.
Cooking method:
- Throw the pasta into boiling water and only then add salt. Boil as indicated on the package, reducing the time by 2 minutes - they must remain firm, otherwise they will fall apart when baked.
- Turn on the oven to warm up to 190 degrees.

Cooking steps
Peel the potatoes and place in a saucepan.
Pour water over the potatoes, bring to a boil over high heat, then add salt and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then drain the water. The potatoes should not be boiled, they will not be ready yet, but they can be easily pierced with a knife.
Let the potatoes cool slightly. Cut each potato into 2 parts and place in any suitable baking dish, pour vegetable oil into the bottom. I cover the pan with foil to make it easier to clean later.
Lightly salt and pepper the potatoes, sprinkle with any spices of your choice, and brush with sour cream.
Cover the potatoes with a sheet of foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel each sausage from the film and cut in half. Make cross-shaped cuts halfway through the ends of the sausages.
After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, insert the sausage halves (cut side up) between the potato tubers and spread the pieces of butter.
Grate a little cheese and sprinkle it over the potatoes and sausages. Place the dish back in the oven, but without covering it with foil, for 10-15 minutes. The cheese will melt and the sausage cuts will open beautifully. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
Very tasty and satisfying potatoes baked in the oven with sausages and cheese, served hot, topped with homemade pickles or fresh vegetables.
