I can’t imagine a hot sandwich without cheese, and therefore, every time I prepare this yummy, I try to grate it as much as possible. After all, cheese will not only add a pleasant creamy taste. And the taste of the sandwich, which will contain a lot of greens and even garlic, will be inimitable. Cut off the white part of the green onions. Tear off the stems from the dill and parsley. And from young garlic we need the white part. Let's chop all this very finely.

Now you can choose options for preparing sandwiches. There are several of them, but I will name a couple or three. - Then you need to add salt to the water and put it on fire.

- The slices should not touch each other for ease of turning, but should be positioned freely. The surface of the pan should be wide so that many portions can be placed on it at a time.
- You need to dry the bread for 2-3 minutes. until a light crust appears on both sides.

- After this, the fresh cucumber must be washed under cold running water, placed on a cutting board and cut crosswise into thin oval slices.
