To make sandwiches (3 servings) you will need:

  • Baguette (long loaf) – 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise – 3 spoons

  • Tomato – 2 pieces (elastic, without seeds)
  • Cheese – 200 grams (hard)
  • Ham – 300 grams (any kind, can be replaced with sausage)

Preparation:

  • Boiled sausage 120 gr.
  • Cheese cheese 120 gr.
  • Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Basil 2-3 sprigs
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Loaf or sandwich bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking process:

Grate the cheese or simply chop it into small pieces with a knife. That is, very small ones.

Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic into a bowl with grated cheese.


Add finely chopped sausage. If desired, you can also pass it through a grater.


Also chop the basil as finely as possible. It can be replaced with any other herbs of your choice: cilantro, parsley, dill or spinach.


Add sour cream and a little allspice. Mix until smooth.


Spread the resulting mass onto the bread. Place the prepared pieces of bread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees in the oven for about 10 minutes.
