  • corn and beans - 1/2 can each;
  • 150-200 g cervelat,
  • 1 onion;
  • vinegar or juice of half a lemon;
  • sugar - teaspoon;

  • 1 can of cooked beans;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 1 onion;
  • 50 g white wine;
  • olive oil – 4 tablespoons, juice of half a lemon;
  • a teaspoon of French mustard;
  • a little green onion;
  • a pinch of salt.

You need to bake the potatoes, cutting them into large cubes. Chop the onion into half rings and leave to marinate in wine for 10-15 minutes. While the potatoes are baking and the onions are pickling, chop the sausage into rings and the avocado into cubes. Mix the drained beans with avocado, onions and smoked meats. Remember that beans canned in tomato juice are not suitable for us. We only take in our own juice or classic.

Ingredients:
