  • Beans – 1 cup;
  • Beets – 1 pc.;
  • Chicken breast – 200 g;
  • Lettuce leaf – 3 pcs.;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;

  • Baking soda - a pinch;
