  4. Grind the Gouda on a grater. To prevent it from sticking, moisten the grater with cold water or lubricate it with vegetable oil.

Now you need to decorate the dish in layers. The first row will be meat, cut into pieces. Next come fried mushrooms, then whites, and the final row is grated cheese. On top is mayonnaise sauce with yolk and herbs, which is poured over each row.

  • Grate the cheese and boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
  • We assemble the future salad in layers in the following order. We coat each layer with mayonnaise (except for the last one):

  • onion;

Hearty salad with fried carrots

This is a hearty budget option with a touch of sophistication and excellent taste. My guests always ask for the recipe. And everyone who tried to prepare a hearty salad with fried carrots and champignons was satisfied with the result. It's a win-win for any occasion and also works as an everyday stand-alone dish.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver 800 gr.,
  • carrots 4 pieces,
  • onion 4 heads medium,
  • champignons 1 can or 300 g fresh,
  • salt pepper,
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking method:

1. Take the chicken liver, rinse it well and place in a colander so that all the water drains out. Cut into pieces.

Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom, pour in vegetable oil and add a pinch of salt. Place the entire liver in hot oil, but be careful the oil may splatter. Cover with a lid and fry until cooked, stirring occasionally. The main thing is not to overexpose the liver.

You can check readiness by cutting a piece in half. If you see a gray color, it is dense and there are no bruises on the cut, then the dish is ready. Place from the pan into a dish and let cool. When the liver has cooled, cut into cubes.

2. In an empty frying pan, or you can take another one, add finely chopped onion and fry until soft. Salt and pepper.

3. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Add to the onion and mix well, fry until the carrots are soft. At the end, add some salt and let it fry for a couple of minutes. Be sure to cool.

If your champignons are fresh, fry them in a separate pan. If you took their canned version, then add them at the very end.

4. When all the ingredients are ready, put everything in a bowl and add salt to taste, add black pepper, about half a teaspoon.

At the end, add canned mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise to taste.

This recipe is always a favorite on my table. It is one of the best recipes that is successful and is the highlight of the holiday feast. Be sure to try making a hearty salad with fried carrots, champignons and chicken liver.

Cooking process:

  1. Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs, cool.
  2. Fill the Hungarian with hot liquid and leave for a quarter of an hour.

Eggs, carrots and potatoes must be boiled until tender. While they are cooling, rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and allow the liquid to drain. Fry mushrooms with onions until golden brown.

Break the chicken meat into fibers or cut into pieces. Also chop the boiled vegetables, and grate the eggs on a large shredder. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. The salad is laid out in layers:

  • carrot;
  • half of the grated cheese;
  • ½ part grated eggs and chopped potatoes;
  • chopped walnuts;
  • pieces of prunes;
  • smoked meat;
  • fried mushrooms;
  • remaining eggs, potatoes;
  • leftover cheese.

Between layers, the culinary masterpiece is coated with mayonnaise and sprinkled with spices. The dish is decorated with thinly sliced ​​cucumber, green leaves and cranberries.

The prepared salad with mushrooms and smoked chicken must be soaked, so before eating, you need to let it stand in a cold place for at least 30 - 40 minutes.
