For a salad, you should choose Korean carrots, beans and croutons not by weight, but by volume: i.e. their volume should be the same relative to 150 g. Korean carrots.

How to prepare a salad with Kirieshki and corn

The simpler the better. It’s not for nothing that the dish is called “delicious”. If done once, the recipe is repeated again and again.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber;
  • 1/6 part of an onion;
  • 250 g ham or chicken breast;
  • 70-100 g hard cheese;
  • 1 can of corn;
  • 2 packs of Kiriesheki.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Immediately open the corn and drain the liquid.

  2. All chopped ingredients are sent to the salad bowl. Slice the cucumbers thinly, into slices, and the onions into feathers. To avoid having to chop the half rings, it is better to immediately lay them across. Cut the cheese into cubes.

  3. First cut the ham into circles, then into bars.

  4. Everything is mixed with mayonnaise.
  5. Sprinkle the finished salad with croutons.

Attention!

Instead of ham, you can take not only chicken, but also doctor's sausage. The main thing is that the product is low-fat.

The taste of this salad depends almost 50% on the taste of pickled (lightly salted, pickled) cucumbers. They give the salad composition a special aroma and a refreshing spicy taste.

Ingredients:

  • Korean carrots and smoked sausage – 150 g each;

  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;

This dish is not for everyone. The taste is sharp and rich. For it, they use products that are distinct and characteristic in themselves. You can serve it to the “beer” table as an appetizer.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g smoked sausage;
  • 40 g Kirieshek;
  • 2-4 cucumbers, salted;
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 1 b. corn
  • a pinch of pepper and salt.

The taste of the crackers does not matter, but it is better to take half-smoked sausage. If it is too hard it will be difficult to chew.

Step by step recipe:

  1. The sausage is scalded with boiling water and doused with cold water to make it easier to remove the skin.

  2. Cutting into cubes - sausages, cucumbers, boiled eggs.

  3. The cucumbers are allowed to lie on the board for 1-3 minutes to allow the brine to drain.

  4. Pour all the ingredients into the salad bowl.

  5. Kirieshki is added.
  6. Season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with green onions and garlic.

Attention!

The crackers need to be broken into 2-3 pieces. It is best to break them with a chopping hammer without opening the packs. But before this, the packaging needs to be pierced in 2-3 places so that it does not burst.

  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves;
  • Vinegar 9% - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp.
  • Crackers – 2 packs (100 g).

Preparation:

Cut vegetables (cucumber, celery and pepper) into small strips. Grate the carrots on a Korean grater. Quickly marinate Chinese cabbage and cut the already prepared cabbage into cubes.

To quickly pickle cabbage, cut the stalk of Chinese cabbage into 4 pieces and soak it in a slightly salted (0.5 tbsp salt per 0.5 l warm water) aqueous solution for 20-30 minutes.

Mix everything in a salad bowl and pour seasoning for Korean carrots in the center, add vinegar, chopped garlic, soy sauce, salt (0.5 tsp), sugar (1 tbsp). Separately, boil olive (or vegetable) oil and pour it boiling into the salad. The salad should be marinated for at least 12 hours. Preparation:

Cut mushrooms (marinated or boiled/fried) into cubes. But, if the mushrooms are small (up to 2 cm), then it is advisable to leave them whole - this will make the salad loose.

Cut hard cheese into thin strips. Finely chop the greens. Separate the boiled eggs into yolks and whites, cut the whites into strips, and grate the yolks on a fine grater.

We lay the salad in layers: Korean carrots - mushrooms - mayonnaise - proteins - croutons (most of them) - cheese - mayonnaise - yolks + greens + mayonnaise mesh, and decorate the top of the salad with croutons again.

Salad with Korean carrots and crackers with liver
