  • Eggs – 4 pcs;
  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. The cheese is crushed using a coarse grater. Grate chicken eggs on a fine grater. Place the chicken meat in layers in a salad dish, first coat it with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. The second layer is carrots. Salad recipe with chicken, Korean carrots and cheese

Products:

  • Chicken fillet – 300g

For salad with chicken and Korean carrots you need:

  • 300 gr. chicken meat;
  • 100 gr. Korean carrots;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 200 gr. corn from a jar;
  • 5 gr. pepper;
  • 2 gr. salt.

Korean carrot salad with chicken:

  1. Drain all the liquid from the can of corn.
  2. Boil chicken meat in a saucepan filled with salted water for about 25 minutes. Then cool in the same broth.
  3. The bell pepper is washed, cut, all seeds are removed and cut into cubes.
  4. Remove the cooled fillet from the broth and cut into small pieces or strips.
  5. Korean-style carrots are squeezed out of excess marinade by hand, placed on a board and cut into three long strips.
  6. The garlic is peeled and crushed using a garlic press.
  7. All products prepared for this moment are poured into a salad bowl, salt and pepper are added to taste, seasoned with mayonnaise, and mixed with a spoon.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 250 gr.;
  • Eggs – 5 pcs;
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs;
  • Korean carrots – 230 gr.;
  • Apples – 2 pcs;
  • Cheese – 150 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise – 230 gr.;
  • Tomato – 1 pc.

Preparation:

First boil the chicken breast until tender, and cook the eggs hard. The chicken breast is cut into small pieces. Cut the eggs in half and separate the yolks from the whites. The kiwi is peeled and cut into petal shapes. Additionally, we chop Korean carrots. Grind the peeled apples on a coarse grater. We proceed to layer-by-layer assembly of the salad into a deep transparent container. The first layer is chicken fillet, level it and compact it on the bottom of the plate, then coat it with mayonnaise. The second layer is kiwi. The third layer is grated egg whites, coated with a layer of mayonnaise. The fourth layer is apples and mayonnaise again. The fifth layer is grated cheese with the addition of mayonnaise. Korean carrot salad, pickled cucumber and chicken breast

A treat with cheese and garlic is a win-win option for any dish. The spiciness of carrots, the piquancy of cucumber, and the tenderness of chicken meat are added here. By the way, it’s tastier to replace pickled cucumber with pickled cucumber.

Boil the chicken and fry the onion. Let it cool down. We prepare the products for layer-by-layer assembly; to do this, we chop them not very finely into a separate bowl.

All layers of salad are coated with mayonnaise. The first layer is mushrooms. The second layer is meat. The third layer is onion. The fourth layer is cucumber. The fifth layer is carrots.

Salad with Korean carrots and chicken – “Bunito”

Ingredients:

Place the meat on a salad plate as the first layer and coat it well with mayonnaise. The second layer is Korean carrots, and then cheese. And again we make a mayonnaise grid. The next layer is egg whites, with the addition of mayonnaise and egg yolks on top. Decorate the salad with chicken proteins, herbs and Korean carrots.

For salad, it is advisable to purchase eggs with a rich chicken yolk color.

Korean carrot, chicken and Chinese cabbage salad

  • 400 g boiled or smoked chicken breast;
  • 1–2 cucumbers;
  • ¹⁄₂ head of Chinese cabbage;
  • 300 g Korean carrots;
  • dill - to taste;
  • salt - to taste;

Preparation

A very quick salad if you have ready-made chicken breast in the refrigerator. If you have to boil the chicken, the cooking time will increase to 40 minutes.

Cut the chicken into cubes, cucumbers into strips. Shred the cabbage. Mix with Korean carrots and dill. Add salt, add mayonnaise and stir.
