Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks - 8 pcs
  • Corn - 1/2 can
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs
  • Cheese - 150 gr
  • Tomato – 1 pc.

  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/5 tsp. (or to taste)

The cabbage is chopped thinly, the remaining vegetables are grated, and the lemon juice is mixed with nuts and placed in a blender. Season the salad with the resulting sauce, add herbs and a couple of green apples if desired (don’t forget to grate).

Radish salad

For this we need:

  • Radish – ½ piece;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • two carrots;
  • beets – 1 piece;
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • sunflower oil - according to your mood.

Chop the greens, three remaining vegetables, mix, season with chopped garlic and oil.

Salad with dried fruits

A very useful option, which, however, has a serious laxative effect. For preparation you need:

  • A couple of sour apples;
  • a couple of carrots;
  • a quarter cup each of prunes and dried apricots;
  • onion (1 piece);
  • beets (1 piece)

Wash the dried apricots with raisins and place in hot water for 1/6 hour. At this time, cut apples and vegetables into strips. Dry the dried apricots and prunes, chop them and also add them to the salad. You can fill it with either the usual vegetable oil or natural yogurt (sugar-free and one percent). For taste you can add cranberries or pomegranate.

Celery salad

Don't believe that celery has negative calories. This doesn't happen. It just takes a lot more calories to digest it than it contains, and it contains few calories. The same can be said about the rest of the salad ingredients. “Broom” for a low-carbohydrate diet is prepared from the following components:

  • Stem celery –0.5 kg;
  • fresh cucumbers - the same amount;
  • greens – any and as much as needed;
  • lemon juice – 100 ml;
  • olive oil – 10-15 ml.

Three green vegetables (remove fiber from celery). Season with juice, oil and herbs.

Another option with celery

We will need:

Root celery (preferably fresh, not “from winter”) – 200g;

  • red beets – 0.5 kg;
  • green apples – 600 g;
  • lemon juice – 20 ml;
  • olive oil – 15 ml.

Everything is simple here. Rub and season. You can also grind it in a blender. Season with juice and oil. Some health experts advise not to peel beets and celery, but to cook them with the peel, thoroughly brushing it, but this depends on your desire.

There is another version with celery

We take:

  • 250 g beets;
  • the same amount of carrots;
  • 70 g celery;
  • honey (20g);
  • 100 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • garlic clove;
  • olive oil;
  • lemon juice.

We chop everything finely, make a dressing from juice, garlic and butter, add honey separately.

For dessert

The panicle can also be sweet if it is made from fruit. For the sweet version we will need:

  • Prunes, dried apricots - half a glass;
  • pomegranate seeds - about half a glass;
  • grapefruit – 1 pc.

Squeeze juice from some of the grains. We wash the dried fruits and soak them in hot water for a quarter of an hour. Peel the grapefruit and divide the pulp into pieces with your hands. Drain the dried apricots and prunes and cut them into pieces, mix with grapefruit (it will really help you lose weight!). Add pomegranate and pour its juice over the dish.

Ingredients:

  • A couple of kiwis;
  • orange;
  • apple;
  • oat bran – 25 g;
  • low-fat kefir – 100 ml (or a little less);
  • honey - as much as needed (fructose is fine).

Cut fruits (except apples) into small cubes and grate the apple. Mix everything. Dissolve the bran in kefir and after a few minutes season the fruit, add liquid honey or fructose.

Brush salad is a good way to remove toxins from the intestines and unnecessary water from all tissues. But in order to lose weight, it will not be enough. Eat right and don't forget about vegetables even on days when you don't eat them.

For eggs, boil water, salt it and carefully lower the eggs. When the water boils again, cook for 9 minutes. After the designated time, drain the hot water and fill it with cold, or even better, ice. Cool the eggs well.

2. When all the vegetables have cooled, remove the skins from them and grate them on a coarse grater. Do the same with eggs - peel and grate.

3. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender (25-30 minutes), cool and cut into strips or cubes.

4. Grind the walnuts, but not into dust, but into coarse crumbs. You can wrap the nuts in a towel and beat them well with a rolling pin. Alternatively, you can chop it with a knife. If you are using a blender, a few short presses of the button will be enough.

5. Fry onions (small cubes) for salad in vegetable oil. The color should be golden and the onion itself should be soft. It is advisable to transfer the onions into a small sieve to remove any remaining vegetable oil and thus prevent excess fat from getting into the salad.

6. Place a glass in the center of a large plate. Place all ingredients around the glass. The larger the dish, the wider the glass should be. The height of the salad depends on the size of the plate and glass.

The first layer is pieces of chicken fillet, salt and pepper to taste, a mayonnaise mesh.

7. Second layer – carrots, salt, pepper, nuts and mayonnaise. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and spices to your taste.

8. Third layer – potatoes, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

9. The fourth layer is part of the beets, salt and pepper.

10. Fifth layer – onions, nuts, mayonnaise.

11. Sixth layer – eggs with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

12. Seventh layer – remaining beets and mayonnaise.

Carefully remove the glass from the salad. You can grease the middle with mayonnaise and cover the edges with beets, and then with pomegranate seeds. I left the middle untouched; the layers of lettuce looked very interesting and I didn’t hide them.

13. Wash the ripe pomegranate, carefully break it and remove the seeds.

Garnish the salad with pomegranate seeds over the entire surface. If the grains do not stick well to the beets, you can grease them with a little more mayonnaise. The salad needs to sit overnight in the refrigerator to soak well.

To prevent the grains from drying out in the refrigerator, you can carefully cover the salad with something (deep lid, cling film, etc.).

  • Tuna in its own juice - 50g;
  • Boiled egg - 1 piece;

Preparation:
