Preparation:

For homemade mayonnaise you will need 1 glass of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of edible vinegar (no more than 9%), two egg yolks, ½ teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar. 2. Peel the mushrooms from the skin on the cap, renew the cut on the stem and cut into slices.

3. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Place in a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Fry lightly for just a minute.
