Sour cream sauce

Everything is as simple as possible here. Add mashed garlic and chopped parsley or dill to the sour cream, add salt and mix.

For it you need to leave about 2 tbsp. l. fried mushrooms for cutlets. Further:

  1. In a dry frying pan, brown a tablespoon of wheat flour.
  2. Raise the pan above the burner and put a small piece (about 20 g) of butter into it.
  3. When the butter has melted, put the pan back on the heat and pour in the cream in several additions, stirring it well each time.

Pork chops with mushrooms and cheese in the oven

Cooking juicy pork chops with mushrooms and cheese in the oven.
Chops with mushrooms and cheese can be prepared for both a family dinner and a holiday lunch.

To do this you will need pork pulp, mushrooms and hard cheese. If desired, you can use any cheese of your choice. If you like sticky, hot cheese, then you can add a little mozzarella or suluguni to the hard cheese.

It is better to use champignons - they can be easily bought, and they go well with meat. Forest mushrooms must be pre-processed according to the rules for their consumption.

So, we will bake the chops in the oven, which greatly simplifies the task.

Ingredients

  • Pork pulp - 400 g
  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Mayonnaise - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Black pepper - 2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

How to cook pork chops with mushrooms and cheese in the oven

  1. Cut the onions and champignons: mushrooms into slices, and onions into quarter rings.
  2. Fry mushrooms with onions with the addition of vegetable oil. Fry with constant stirring for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat into slices, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Beat the meat: to make the pork thin, you need to beat it either with a rolling pin or with the side of a culinary mallet that does not have large teeth so as not to tear the meat.
  5. Place the chops in a baking dish: brush with mayonnaise and mustard.
  6. Add fried mushrooms and onions on top of the meat.
  7. Grate the cheese to form large shavings.
  8. Sprinkle chops with cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

What is a chop?

This is a fairly large flat piece of boneless meat, carefully beaten on both sides with a special culinary hammer. With such manipulations, the meat fibers are destroyed, and the dish becomes soft and tender. If the meat is not subjected to such processing, then there is every chance that it will become tough and tasteless, because the fillet is beaten first of all to make it soft. You can, of course, fry an uncut piece of meat longer, but then it will also turn out dry. But if you stew it in a small amount of liquid, it will be a completely different dish. The essence of chops is meat fried in a certain way.

Ingredients and how to cook

When baking potatoes with meat in the oven, all ingredients are usually laid out in layers. For juiciness, potatoes can be greased with more than just mayonnaise. To do this, you can use sour cream or prepare some kind of separate sauce. Also, to obtain new flavors, the dish can be varied by adding some vegetables. Such as tomatoes, carrots, zucchini. And the main highlight, in my opinion, is cheese. I always add it at the end of cooking so that it just melts. If you add it at the very beginning of baking, it will simply dry out and may even start to burn. Enjoy cooking!

Meat in French

There are many options for preparing meat and mushroom dishes in the oven. For example, there is another extremely tasty recipe for French-style meat with the addition of delicious tomatoes. Thanks to them, the dish turns out much richer, aromatic and juicy.

List of ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of meat;
  • 0.5 kg of mushrooms;
  • 2-3 medium-sized onions;
  • 4 large tomatoes;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream;
  • approximately 200 g cheese;
  • vegetable oil;
  • a bunch of dill and parsley;
  • salt, spices (to taste).

In this case, it is best to buy the meat as for chops, and cut it into approximately equal portion pieces, salt, pepper, add your favorite spices to taste, and then transfer it to a separate container. Next, beat off each of the meat pieces, having previously wrapped them in cling film, so that the resulting dish turns out softer.

Place the prepared meat on a greased baking sheet so that the bottom is completely covered with it. Then lay out the onion, cut into even rings, in a dense layer.

Wash, chop and fry the mushrooms in vegetable or olive oil. When they release their juice, they should be cooked until all the excess liquid has completely evaporated. If you are cooking oyster mushrooms or champignons, you need to add seasonings to them to enhance the taste. When the mushrooms are ready, place them on a baking sheet on top of the onion rings.

Next step: cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the mushrooms. Cover the top of the dish with a mesh of mayonnaise or sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.

The finishing touch to cooking meat in the oven in French with tomatoes is the addition of grated cheese. You can re-draw streaks of sour cream or mayonnaise on top and place the dish in the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
