Let's share an excellent recipe! A favorite hot dish in our family, which is often served on the holiday table. Pork cooked in the oven with cheese and tomatoes in this way turns out soft, tender, melts in your mouth. Cooking time 30-40 minutes.

How to cook pork with cheese and tomatoes in the oven

1. Rinse the pork meat and dry it with a paper towel. Then cut the fillet into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick. Beat each piece of meat with a kitchen hammer. There is no need to beat it too thin (to the point of holes), otherwise the meat will turn out dry. For convenience, pre-wrap with cling film.

2. Roll each piece in spices. Here, with knowledge of the matter, it is described which spices are best suited to pork meat. If you don't have any spices, just add salt and pepper (rubbing the spices into the fibers).

3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and arrange the meat layers.

4. Cut the onion into half rings and sauté in vegetable oil. Please note that you should not fry the onion to make it crunchy, it should remain soft (change color, become transparent, not brown).

5. Place tomato slices on top.

6. Cover with grated cheese.

7. Let's prepare a delicious filling. Thanks to it, the meat turns out juicy. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and chopped garlic in a separate cup.

8. Pour the resulting sauce over all the ingredients on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes. It all depends on the power of your oven. The filling should be completely baked. The meat should also be cooked through, soft and not rubbery.

9. Remove the baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes (so that the cheese melts).
