The recipe for making champignon cream soup with melted cheese is simple, but requires the constant presence of the hostess in the kitchen.

The dish will require the following products:

  • Champignons – 0.5 kg;
  • Water or broth – 0.6 l;
  • Onions – 2 pcs.;
  • Flour (for thickening) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Butter – 2 tbsp. l.,
  • Processed cheese – 100 g.
  1. Fry finely chopped onion in butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms to it.
  2. When a golden crust forms on the mushrooms, they need to be sprinkled with flour, stir quickly, fry a little (for a couple of minutes), and then add broth or water. When adding liquid, the mass must be constantly stirred, otherwise the flour will form lumps.
  3. Season the soup with salt to taste and bring to a boil.
  4. Now you need to pour it into a blender and grind all the ingredients. Or do the same with an immersion blender.
  5. The result should be a homogeneous, moderately thick mass. It will need to be heated again to a boil.
  6. After boiling, boil the soup for 5 minutes, add melted cheese, stir gently and bring to a boil again.

Now the food is completely ready. It's time to set the table.

We wash the meat and cut off the film, put it in boiling water and boil for twenty minutes. We also put a bay leaf, half an onion and salt there. Using a holey spoon, collect the resulting foam. Peel the vegetables, chop the potatoes into bars. Carrots and onions into strips. Melt the butter, add the vegetables and saute them over low heat.

We immerse the potatoes in chicken broth for seven minutes. Take out the meat, let it cool and cut into bars. Place all the remaining ingredients in the pan: roasted vegetables, meat, melted cheese. Sprinkle with dill and leave the dish for five minutes. This soup also goes well with a fried white loaf in an egg mixture, or garlic toast, toast.

A soup with this name may not necessarily consist only of cheese, vegetables and chicken. You can easily add green peas or beaten egg to it. The result will be a new, fresh and unusual dish.

Hearty soup with beans, chicken and mushrooms

A very nutritious protein dish will be a good option for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 500 g
  • White beans - 200 g
  • Champignons – 400 g
  • Salt -
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Black pepper

Preparation:

Soak the beans in cold water for 6-12 hours.

Next, boil the beans in clean water until tender. This will take about forty minutes.

Wash the fillet and chop into pieces.

Chop the onion into half rings.

Chop the mushrooms into quarters.

Add chicken to beans. Cook the dish for another 25 minutes.

Next, add the onion and cook the soup for another five minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook the soup for another ten minutes.
