We bake unsweetened pancakes:
1. You need to break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar, flour and mix until smooth.
2. Pour milk at room temperature and melted butter into the dough - in this order. Mix everything well with a whisk. The dough should not be thick.
3. Heat a frying pan, grease with vegetable oil, pour the dough into the frying pan in a thin layer and bake.
