  4. Separately mix gelatin and 100 ml of cream. Leave the gelatin to swell for 10 minutes. Then place the container with the cream on the stove over low heat and heat, stirring, but do not allow the contents to boil. When the gelatin is completely dissolved, remove the pan from the stove and allow the contents to cool to room temperature. Then beat the remaining cottage cheese, 50 g of white sugar and 200 ml of cream.
  5. Start assembling the cake. It is recommended to do this in a springform form. Place a layer of cream with sour cream on the bottom cake. Place another cake layer on top and fill it with gelatin cream. Make sure that the height of this cake is slightly lower than the length of the cookies. Place this mold in the refrigerator for several hours until the creams are completely frozen and hardened.

  9. Start creating the glaze. To do this, place a smooth glass without edges in the refrigerator. The chocolate bar is broken into pieces, 4 pieces are temporarily removed, and the main mass is placed in a bowl with thick walls. Add cream to the chocolate and place this bowl over low heat.
