Step-by-step instruction:

- The semi-finished product is cooled, freed from paper, crushed to small crumbs, and combined with softened butter. Form the basis for the dessert in the form of a round cake.
- Mascarpone cream is prepared separately. Whip the chilled cream until thick. Add powder. After mixing, add cheese in small portions.
- Spread an even layer of cream on the base for the dessert, and berries on top of it.
From children's cookies with cream
If you don’t have the time and energy to create a culinary masterpiece, you can use a simple recipe for making a cake for your baby. Moreover, you can give such a dessert even to a one-year-old child without fear, since it contains only healthy “baby” products.
Ingredients:
- a bag of jelly potting mix;
- 1 package of children's cookies;
- bananas and pears;
- 100 ml baby yogurt without fillers;
- 200 ml cottage cheese for children;
- granulated sugar to taste.
Cooking method:
- Give the jelly time to swell in 50 ml of water.
- Mix yogurt, cottage cheese and sugar. If your child is not allergic, you can replace sugar with honey.
- Heat the jelly until dissolved and add to the cream.
- Form a cake base from the cookies and cover it with cream. Place the almost finished dessert in the refrigerator to harden.

Step-by-step instruction:
- Soften the butter at room temperature. Add powder and beat until white.
- Continue beating with eggs and pre-chopped banana.
- Add flour and soda slaked with lemon juice into the mixture. Mix carefully.
- Place the dough in a mold on greased foil and level it out. Place in the oven and bake at 190°C for about 40 minutes.
- Whipping cream. Gradually add banana puree.
- Decorate the cake with cream, banana slices, and berries.
Biscuit treat
Ingredients:
- about 0.5 kg of flour;
- 350 g sugar;
- 10 eggs;
- 1 kg of sour cream (from 850 g of sour cream and granulated sugar);
- protein cream (made from 3 proteins, 200 g sugar and 1/3 cup water);
- 12 tbsp. l. sugar syrup (sugar/water ratio 7:5).
Cooking method:
- Prepare the biscuit base and bake 2 cakes. If they turn out to be too high, you can cut them into 2 more parts. Then the cake will turn out to be 4 layers.
- Boil syrup from water with sugar and cool.
- Sour cream should be prepared the day before. Mix sour cream and sugar with a mixer, transfer to a colander lined with gauze, and put in the refrigerator overnight. After that, beat again.
- Coat the cake layers and sides with cream.
- For the meringue cream, beat the egg whites separately. Make sugar syrup and boil it until very thick. Beat the syrup and egg whites together. Stop operating the mixer only after the product has cooled. Decorate the cake with the resulting meringue.
How to do without mastic
You can make a cake without mastic for a 1 year old boy. To give it a beautiful look, they use sugar icing and decorate it with marzipan fruits.
You will need for the test:
- grated carrots – 280 g;
- sugar – 180 g;
- flour – 230 g;
- cottage cheese – 130 g;
- butter – 50 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs.;
- baking powder - 1 pack;
...for the glaze:
- powdered sugar – 225 g;
- hot water – 45 ml.
...for registration:
- marzipan fruit.
Sweet figurines for decoration can be purchased in specialized stores. But given the tender age of the little birthday boy, it is better to make them yourself from homemade almond dough.
Step-by-step instruction:
- Beat eggs with sugar until they have a stable structure.
- The butter is crushed, combined with cottage cheese and grated carrots, and beaten. Add flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix.
- Gently add beaten eggs into the flour mixture and repeat the kneading process.
- Bake in a round pan, greased with butter, at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- To make the glaze, sift the powdered sugar into a bowl.
- Pour in hot water and mix the mixture with a wooden spatula until it has a homogeneous consistency.
- Cover the semi-finished cake, leveling it over the surface with a knife.

Step-by-step instruction:
- Bananas are cut into slices 5 mm thick.
- Combine sour cream with powdered sugar and beat.
- Cover a large salad bowl or bowl with cling film, leaving the edges 10 - 15 cm larger than the dishes.
- A small amount of sour cream is placed at the bottom. Gingerbread cookies are divided into 4 parts.
- One part of the gingerbread is coated with cream and placed in a container in a row, bottoms down.
- Place 1 banana slices and 1/3 of raisins on top.
- Sprinkle generously with coconut flakes.
- Cover the cake with sour cream.
- Repeat everything from points 6 to 8 twice.
- The last, 4th layer of gingerbread is placed bottoms up.
- Leave the product for 2 hours at room temperature, covered with cling film.
- Open the film. Turn the cake over onto a plate and remove the cellophane.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes. Decorate with festive toppers and berries.

- For the shortbread semi-finished product, beat the butter and sugar until white. Add eggs. Lastly, mix with flour.
- The dough is rolled out to a thickness of 5 - 6 mm. Using the stencil, cut out the number 1. For a three-layer cake, you need to cut out 3 blanks.
- In an oven preheated to 230 − 250 °C, bake the products for no more than 10 minutes.
- For the cream, whip the cream, after 7 minutes add boiled condensed milk, continue whipping until thickened.
- While continuing to whip, add yogurt in portions to the whipped cream. The mass should be dense and homogeneous.
- Layers of sand semi-finished product are sandwiched with cream. Apply it to the surface and sides, decorate from a pastry bag. You can add fruits and berries to the composition.
Birthday cake recipes for one year olds
The main criterion for children's cakes is safety. It is necessary to take into account the age of the birthday person and use only natural ingredients for preparation. At the same time, it is necessary to remember the possibility of allergies to certain products and exclude them from the recipe. It is better to choose another version of the confectionery product, but the birthday boy and his guests should not risk their health.
At 1 year old, nuts can be used for decoration by grating them on a fine grater. But there should be few of them so as not to cause an undesirable reaction in the baby. It is permissible to add honey and fruits only if the child is not allergic to them.

For the test:
- chicken eggs – 6 pcs.;
- sugar – 1 incomplete glass;
- wheat flour – 1 half glass;
- lemon juice – a few drops (optional component, affects the structure of the finished biscuit);
- vanillin – 1 sachet (optional component, gives a specific aroma).
For cream:
- cream 33% fat – 400 g;
- yogurt (smooth, fatty, thick, without pieces of fruit) – 200 g;
- thickener for cream – 1 sachet (an optional and undesirable component in baby food, but it improves the organoleptic characteristics of the finished cream);
- powdered sugar – 100 g.
Performing the work step by step:
- Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and homogeneous, adding the remaining ingredients at the end of beating. Lastly, add the sifted flour in small portions and continuously beat the dough.
- Line a baking dish with baking paper and lightly grease the bottom and sides with butter.
Choose the form depending on the volume of dough obtained. The sponge cake needs to be tall so that it can be cut into 2-3 or more cake layers. Also keep in mind that properly prepared dough can increase in volume several times during baking.
- Pour the dough into the mold and place in the oven preheated to 180-200°C. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, and do not even open the oven door for the first 20 minutes.
- Beat the cream with powdered sugar and thickener until a mass is obtained that retains its shape on a spoon; at the end, carefully add the yogurt and mix.
- Once cooled and left for at least a couple of hours, cut the biscuit into cake layers. Give the structure the desired shape by slightly trimming the edges or cutting out parts according to the diagram.
- Generously coat the cakes with cream, then coat the sides and top.
- Decorate as desired.
- Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
You can place pieces of fruit between the layers, then covering them with a layer of cream. It is better to use the remaining biscuit scraps for decoration. To do this, you need to lightly dry them in a dry frying pan and grind them into crumbs with your hands. Spread the resulting sprinkles over the sides of the cake. - eggs – 5 pcs.;
- sugar – 100 g;

- mastic – 350 g.
Step-by-step instruction:
- For the sponge cake, beat eggs with sugar, add flour, and quickly knead the dough. Place in a pan lined with parchment greased with oil. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- They are cooled, cut into layers, and used to make a car.
- Soak each layer in chilled syrup made from sugar and water. Coat with boiled condensed milk.

- Then beat the condensed milk with butter and generously cover the cake on all sides with the resulting mixture.
- Melt marshmallows with a couple of tablespoons of butter in the microwave. If you need colored figures, then the marshmallows with butter should be divided into portions, adding the desired dye to each. This will take 10 seconds. Then all that remains is to mix the resulting composition with powder.
- Use one portion of mastic to form a base for covering the cake. From the rest, mold colored figures, moisten them with water and attach them to the base covering the product.
