The first secret of this milk-egg dish lies in the necessary and convenient dishes, one might say the shape, it must be glass for this breakfast to be a success, and well-oiled. It turns out very lush and beautiful.
We will need:
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- milk - 300 ml
- salt - a pinch

Cooking method:
1. Take a well-washed and dry bowl, break chicken eggs into it. Follow them with cow's milk and salt.
2. Mix very thoroughly with a fork, no need to beat, the main thing is to mix so that you get a homogeneous yellow mass.
3. Now grease the glass baking dish with butter, and then pour in the egg mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Eat for your health, either warm or cold. Bon appetit!
Cooking secrets
- The splendor of the omelet depends on the ratio of milk and eggs. For one egg you need to take 50 ml of milk. Moreover, the more eggs, the better.
- A properly selected form for baking an omelette is the key to success. It can be round, square, rectangular, but it must be small in volume and have high sides. If you pour the omelette mixture onto a regular baking sheet, it will spread out in a thin layer and you won’t get a fluffy omelette. In a small form with high edges, the omelette will actively rise during baking.
- Some housewives add flour to the omelette mixture. Of course, the omelette will keep its shape, but it will certainly lose its juiciness. Therefore, it is better to leave the flour for other culinary creations, and cook an omelet, like in kindergarten, exclusively with milk and eggs.
- The temperature at which the omelet is cooked should not be high. Some chefs recommend preheating the oven to 110° and baking the omelet for about an hour. Although most often it is cooked at 180° for 30-40 minutes, depending on the number of eggs and oven capabilities.
- While cooking the omelette, the oven must not be opened for the first 20 minutes, otherwise it will fall off.
- An omelet like in kindergarten can be cooked not only in the oven, but also in a frying pan or in a slow cooker. Moreover, in a slow cooker it invariably turns out fluffy and juicy.
- The finished omelette always falls a little. This occurs due to the temperature contrast. Therefore, chefs recommend that you always place the omelet on a heated plate.

The second option will be for kindergartens, where they still make the most charmingly cool and delicious omelet. They never cook it in a frying pan in the kindergarten; it turns out much healthier and airier in the oven. Read on and you will learn secret number two.
Take the ingredients for a small portion, and then you can make a whole bunch if you like. This option differs from the previous one in its cooking technology; it will turn out very tender and juicy.
We will need:
- egg - 3 pcs.
- milk - 150 ml
- butter - 15 g
- salt to taste

1. The first step is to do the following: turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. In the meantime, break the eggs into a cup, add salt and pour in slightly warm milk, or you can take it straight from the refrigerator, this will not affect the taste in any way.
Take a hand whisk and whisk thoroughly.
And as I promised secret number two, this is the correct ratio of eggs, it should be almost one to one.
That's the math. For 1 chicken egg, take 50-55 ml of cow's milk.
2. Third secret, you don’t need to use a mixer or blender and bring it to foam, just beat it with a whisk. After all this, grease a special mold with butter.
Secret number four is your favorite mold, it should be, or rather its edges should be high, and the mixture should fill at least two-thirds of the dish. This is when the omelette will rise and be tall.
3. Pour the resulting homogeneous consistency into a well-greased mold.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes. Cut into pieces, pour over melted butter, or you can leave nothing on, for example, sprinkle with grated cheese so that it melts while the dish is hot.

Unlike egg soufflé, an omelette prepared according to the classic recipe in a frying pan should not be fluffy. The French fry beaten eggs on the stove without a lid on one side until the mass becomes dense. Then the mixture is turned over and brought to readiness.
Before serving, such an omelette is folded in half or into a tube, inside which the filling is placed. To cook an omelet like in a garden in a frying pan, you need to deviate a little from these principles: close the frying pan with a lid and cook the eggs until cooked without frying on the other side.

But to diversify your diet, you can make your own adjustments to even the most primitive omelet. To do this, can you take your favorite foods that you usually eat for breakfast?
For many, this is, of course, sandwiches. So, why not use some of it here too?

1. First, cut the onion into large half rings.
2. But do things differently with bell peppers, boiled potatoes and ham. They need to be chopped into small cubes.
3. Using a fine grater, grate the hard cheese.
4. After this, heat the frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it, fry the onions until soft and golden, then add the pepper and fry for about five minutes. And then add the potatoes and fry until a little golden, although you can do it a little, as you like.
5. Break the eggs into a container, add salt and pepper to your taste. Stir with a whisk and immediately add pieces to the ham.

Prepare 2 servings from 4 eggs. We will also need: 200 ml of milk, 200 g of defrosted broccoli, salt and butter.

It would seem that the ingredients are still the same, but slightly different proportions and frying temperature will do the trick. Many may think that it is impossible to replicate the skills of chefs at home, but in reality this is not the case.
We will need:
- Chicken eggs - 7 pcs.
- Milk – 350 ml
- Salt - a pinch
Cooking method:
1. Take a fireproof oven dish and grease it, its surface and walls with butter.
2. Break the eggs in a bowl, add cold milk and beat well with a fork or a regular whisk until smooth, add salt to your taste, or pepper.
3. Bake only in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for half an hour. It will rise in the oven.

How to do it? Of course, you need to take a lot of small containers or baking pots, ceramic bowls.
We will need:
- egg - 6 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
- sausage - 1 pc.
- milk - 100 ml
- salt and pepper
- garlic - a couple of cloves
- cheese
- butter
Cooking method:
1. Take glass or ceramic molds and grease them with butter.
2. Next, beat the eggs with a regular fork and pour in the milk, stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Also chop the garlic and add here. Cut the sausages into slices. Grate the cheese.
