A favorite treat for children and adults is pancakes. They can be made with different fillings, but you don’t always have time for this. I offer you a recipe for making pancakes with condensed milk and surprise.

How to cook

30 minutes

Sift the flour, add salt and sugar.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat lightly. Pour in milk and bring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency. If desired, you can use water or kefir instead of milk.

Combine both masses and beat thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Add vegetable or melted butter. Bring the mixture to a homogeneous state. If desired, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla.

Heat up the pan and start baking pancakes. Pour a small amount of dough and fry the products on both sides.

Let the pancakes cool slightly, pour condensed milk over them and serve. Bon appetit!

Pancakes with boiled condensed milk and chocolate

Cooking time : 45 minutes. Number of servings: 4. Calories per 100 g: 242 kcal. Kitchen equipment: bowl, whisk (fork, mixer), several spoons, frying pan, silicone brush (optional), spatula.

Ingredients

Step-by-step preparation

  1. First of all, beat 2 eggs and 2 tbsp in a bowl. l. Sahara. When the ingredients are mixed together, pour in the milk and beat well again.

  2. Add 1 cup of flour little by little. Mix quickly with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.

  3. Leave the dough for 10 minutes to rest and allow the flour to swell. After a while, add 25 ml of vegetable oil and mix well again.

  4. Heat a frying pan and grease it with sunflower oil. For convenience, you can use a brush. Take a ladle and fill it 2/3 with the mixture. Pour into the pan and spread the pancake batter evenly. Fry for about 3 minutes on one side, flip the pancake and cook for another 1 minute. These numbers are quite arbitrary, watch your pancakes: they should not be burnt.

  5. Place the pancake on a plate and spread a piece of butter with a knife.

  6. Prepare the filling. Peel and cut the banana into slices. Open a can of boiled condensed milk. I also used chocolate topping. You can replace it, for example, with chocolate melted in a water bath, or even exclude it from the recipe altogether.

  7. Spread a few tablespoons of condensed milk well in the center of the pancake, place a few slices of banana on top and pour the chocolate topping on top.

  8. Roll the pancakes into a square.

  9. Serve the finished pancakes on a plate, pour over chocolate and decorate with powdered sugar.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. To begin, crack 4 eggs into a saucepan. You can take any convenient vessel. Add 3 tbsp. l. sugar and ½ tsp. salt and beat well.

  2. Pour in 2 cups of cow's milk, distribute it evenly in the container and add flour. Only 3 glasses. Remember to stir well so that no lumps form. The pancake batter should be quite thick.

  3. Now add 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil and pour in a glass of milk. After this, the mass should have the desired consistency.

  4. While the dough is resting, let's prepare the filling. To do this, take 1 banana and crush it in a deep plate. Add a pack of cottage cheese to the resulting slurry and mix. Next, add ½ can of condensed milk.

  5. Now let's get back to our pancake dough. Heat the frying pan, it is not necessary to grease it with oil every time, just once is enough - at the beginning. Using a ladle, pour the mixture into the pan and fry until the edges are golden brown. Use a spatula to lift the pancake and turn it over. Place the finished dish on a plate.

  6. Spoon the filling, spread it over the surface of the pancake, without going to the edges, and roll it into a tube.

  10. When choosing condensed milk, carefully study its composition. It should only contain milk and sugar. A low-quality product contains flavorings, vegetable fats, emulsifiers and other ingredients that are harmful to the body.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Heat 500 ml of water, and in the meantime, break 2 chicken eggs into a bowl and pour out the entire can of condensed milk. Mix everything well.

  2. Pour hot water into the container containing the condensed milk twice in a row and add to the pancake ingredients. There is no need to use boiling water, only very hot liquid. Don't forget to stir the pancake batter between additions of water.

  3. Add 2 cups of flour without a slide. I used an ordinary glass with a capacity of 250 ml. Pour in all the flour at once and only then stir quickly. This is necessary so that lumps do not form. It's time for vegetable oil. Add 3 tbsp to the dough. l. oil, stir and let it rest and brew for 15 minutes.

  4. Heat a frying pan by greasing it with vegetable oil. Using a ladle, pour the product into the pan and spread over the surface.

  5. When small bubbles appear and the mass is no longer wet on the outside, you can safely turn the pancake over. It is advisable to lubricate the frying pan with oil every 3-4 times, but this also depends on your preferences and the quality of the frying utensils.

  • Let the dough sit so that the flour swells a little, otherwise the pancakes may tear during cooking. Add an egg, but keep in mind: the more eggs, the tougher the dough.
  • If you use baking powder instead of baking soda, use twice as much.
  • It happens that the dough sticks to the pan. Heat cast iron cookware with salt and wipe with a cloth, but Teflon cookware can be saved by adding boiling liquid to the dough in the frying pan.
