How to cook

It is not advisable to take cold kefir; it is better to warm it up a little, but only carefully and not to a hot state. Mix the eggs with sand, not much of it is used, since sweet condensed milk will be added. Pour into kefir. It is advisable to add salt to this mixture; feel free to throw in a couple of pinches.

We measure semolina. If you don’t have scales, then pour one full glass and the other ¾, you get about 300 grams. Pour into kefir, stir and let the cereal swell well.

There is time to prepare cottage cheese. Grind it or beat it. Transfer to the main dough for manna. Before baking, add one packet of baking powder, stir and pour into the pan. Take a vessel about 25 cm in diameter.

Place the future pie in the oven for about 40 minutes. A nice golden brown crust should appear. Temperature 180.

We take out the semolina. Take a toothpick and pierce the crust many times until it is covered in small holes. Pour condensed milk over it, but slowly so that it penetrates into the pie.   • 1 tsp. ripper.

There is time to melt and cool the butter. Can be replaced with regular margarine. Sometimes the dough is prepared with vegetable oil, but in this case we use only a refined product.

Immediately pour warm water over the raisins. Let it swell a little, then you need to squeeze it out, dry it, and combine it with flour.

Pour the prepared butter into the dough, stir, then add the raisins and flour, don’t forget about the baking powder. Stir thoroughly and bake regular manna.

As soon as the pie is browned in the oven, pull it out, pierce it and pour condensed milk directly into the mold, spreading it over the surface. Leave in the oven for another three minutes. Then remove, cool, and cut into portions.
