- Add 10 g of vanilla sugar to 150 g of low-fat natural yogurt, pour into the bowl with the dough, without stopping stirring.
- Sift through a sieve 3 tbsp. l. gluten-free all-purpose flour and fold into the dough. It should turn out to be quite liquid, flowing, with a consistency reminiscent of thick sour cream. The same cheesecake can be baked from rice flour. Don’t be afraid that the dough is too liquid; excess flour will make the baked goods “clogged”, and in such an amount the flour will provide a porous, delicate structure to the dough.
Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 150-1600C. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Cooking time – 40-45 minutes. The finished cheesecake can be spread on top with jam.
