  5. Pour in liquid jelly.
  6. Beat the yogurt with a mixer and pour it over the jelly when it begins to harden.

  2. Peel 3 fairly ripe soft bananas, cut into pieces and add to the dough, using a blender to achieve homogeneity. If you don’t have a blender, you can first rub the bananas through a sieve or mash them well with a fork.
  3. While whipping or mixing the mixture with a blender, add 500 g of cottage cheese to it.
  4. Add 10 g of vanilla sugar to 150 g of low-fat natural yogurt, pour into the bowl with the dough, without stopping stirring.
  5. Sift through a sieve 3 tbsp. l. gluten-free all-purpose flour and fold into the dough. It should turn out to be quite liquid, flowing, with a consistency reminiscent of thick sour cream. The same cheesecake can be baked from rice flour. Don’t be afraid that the dough is too liquid; excess flour will make the baked goods “clogged”, and in such an amount the flour will provide a porous, delicate structure to the dough.

Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 150-1600C. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Cooking time – 40-45 minutes. The finished cheesecake can be spread on top with jam.
