For example, take cocoa powder that is available to you. The main thing is, without sugar, NOT some kind of “nesquik”. I traditionally use my favorite natural cocoa powder, royal forest. And I always recommend you the most healthy and pure products. I buy this powder from the 4fresh online store. Its price is a little more expensive than cocoa in regular offline stores, but it is a thousand times justified. Also, cocoa can be easily replaced with carob if necessary.

What else would you like to say about this pie? I highly recommend following the recipe and cooling the pie completely before cutting into it. It’s like with cheesecake, if you don’t let it stabilize after the oven, it’s lost... Only in this case you don’t have to wait so long. It is enough just to cool the cake for about an hour so that it takes on its desired consistency.
