Products for dough
First, let's knead the base from the following products:
- low-fat sour cream - half a glass;
- flour - 200 grams;
- vanilla sugar - 1 pack;
- granulated sugar - 120 grams;
- baking powder - 10 grams;
- hot water - 1/3 cup.

Yesterday I baked your sponge cake, although without cocoa (my son doesn’t like it)) I just added 50 g more flour... I laid apricot halves on top, sprinkled the cooled ones with powdered sugar.
