Required:

  • Chicken eggs – 3 large.
  • Baking powder – 10 g.
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 g.
  • Biokefir – 250 ml.
  • Granulated sugar – 170 g.
  • Wheat flour – 320 g.
  • Butter – 100 g.

How to cook:

Beat the eggs into a tall bowl. Add granulated sugar.

Beat with a mixer until the mixture becomes fluffy and almost white.

Add vanilla sugar. Stir.
