2. Sift the flour into a large bowl and add a pinch of salt. I make a well in the flour and pour in the egg mixture. I mix the dough with a spatula as long as possible.

3. Then I knead the dough with my hands until it becomes homogeneous and elastic. It will take 10 minutes. I grease the dough with sunflower oil, place it in a bowl, cover with cling film, and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.

4. Lightly grease the container with sunflower oil. I take out the dough, form it into balls, and place it in a container. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm, for this diameter I divide the balls weighing 30 grams. Depending on the size of the pan, you need to take a little less or more dough. I grease the balls well with sunflower oil, cover with cling film, leave for an hour at room temperature, or put them in the refrigerator overnight.

5. I take the balls out of the refrigerator. I lubricate my hands and table well with sunflower oil. I take 1 ball and carefully stretch it so as not to tear it. If desired, you can use a rolling pin. The dough needs to be rolled out as thin as possible so that it is almost transparent.

6. Prepare the filling. In a small bowl, beat 1 egg, add 1 banana, cut into thin slices, mix with a fork.

7. Heat a frying pan well over low heat with a small piece of butter. I carefully take the stretched pancake, place it on the frying pan, trying to get as few wrinkles as possible. Fry for about 30 seconds, place a small piece of butter in the center, pouring half of the egg-banana mixture.

8. Carefully fold the edges into an envelope and fry until golden brown on both sides. Periodically press the edges and corners with a fork or spatula so that they are well fried.

9. Place the pancake on a napkin or paper towel and cut it into small squares. Before frying the next pancake, I wipe the pan from any remaining oil with a paper napkin. Only then add a piece of butter and start baking again.

You can experiment with fillings, add mango or just Nutella, as well as banana, but without eggs. Or cook it without filling at all, fry it in the form of an envelope, and then top it with condensed milk or chocolate syrup.

    Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder and flour with a mixer. I don't add salt. Add milk.

    Peel the bananas and mash well with a fork or masher until steamy. We combine them with the dough. Mix both masses thoroughly.

    Pour in the oil and beat with a mixer again so that absolutely all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and a homogeneous mass is obtained, like pancakes.

    The pan does not need to be greased, the main thing is to heat it well. Pour a portion of dough and bake. As soon as holes begin to appear on the surface of the pancake, turn it over to the other side.

    Pancakes increase in size right before your eyes. They become plump, airy, and the delicious aroma of ripe bananas spreads throughout the kitchen.

    Now you can prepare the filling.

    Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add butter to it. Mix thoroughly until the mass becomes homogeneous and glossy.

    These small flatbreads, more like pancakes, are prepared without milk or flour, from fruit and eggs. Just two main ingredients allow you to create a simple and delicious dessert. The remaining ingredients listed in the recipe are optional. If you wish, you can do without them.

    Enough for 3 servings:

    • one banana and two eggs;

    You will need:

    Baking powder and salt (on the tip of a spoon); vanillin - a quarter of a spoon; cocoa powder and honey - one tablespoon; Half a glass of nuts, chocolate chips, muesli;

    How to cook:

    Mash the pulp with a fork in a bowl. You can add baking powder, cocoa powder, honey, vanillin to the puree. From one fruit you get half a glass of puree.
