Dough:
- Water – 800 ml.
- Flour – 500-700 g (as much as will be included)
- Chicken egg – 5 pcs.
- Granulated sugar – 3 tbsp.

Preparation:
1. I suggest starting with preparing the filling. Pre-boil the meat until cooked. You can use beef, chicken, pork or any other meat you want.
2. Wash the mushrooms. If they have a dark cap, they must first be cleaned. Cut them into small cubes and place in a dry frying pan. Set the heat to medium. They will release water and stew slightly in it.
3. When the water from the champignons has evaporated, they begin to fry, pour in a little vegetable oil and add about 2 tablespoons of melted butter. If there is no melted butter, you can add plain butter. In any case, it will give a pleasant, delicate aroma.
4. Finely chop the onion and fry it with the mushrooms. Mix everything. Fry over medium heat until the onions are soft and the mushrooms are golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. We clean the finished boiled meat from skin and bones. Cut into small cubes. Place in a frying pan with mushrooms and onions. If you cooked it in broth without salt, now you can add a little more salt.
The chicken is already ready. We just need to mix it with the rest of the products and fry a little, literally 5 minutes.
6. If the mass turns out to be very crumbly or dry, you can add just a little broth or water. Simmer with water for about 2 minutes. Don't overdo it. The mass should be elastic, keep its shape, fit well into a spoon and not drip off it. Leave the finished filling to cool.

9. Now that we have kneaded the dough, the consistency is like thick sour cream, pour in more water. I also don’t recommend pouring all the leftovers at once. Look at the consistency. The finished pancake dough should be approximately the same as liquid kefir. Lastly, add vegetable oil so that you don’t have to grease the pan every time. It must be carefully mixed into the mass.
10. Grease a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. We heat it at high power. We pour an incomplete scoop of dough here. Turning the pan by the handle, distribute the thin pancake.
11. When the ruddy edges appear, you can carefully turn the product over. On the other hand, it will cook faster.
12. When the pancakes are baked and the filling has cooled, we proceed to stuffing. On the pancake, from below, moving away from the edges, place 1-2 tablespoons of filling.

- Flour – 450-500 gr.
