Stewed cabbage with chicken

500 g cabbage, 250 g chicken, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tbsp.

  • 500 g cabbage;

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. The meat is cut into small cubes and fried in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, and then transferred to a pan.
  2. In the same frying pan, fry diced onions and grated carrots. Add tomato paste and a little water and simmer until soft.
  3. In a separate frying pan, lightly simmer the shredded cabbage (until soft), and then place it in the pan with the meat.
  4. Diced potatoes and vegetable sauce are also sent there. Salt and pepper to taste.

The dish is left to simmer for 40-60 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs.

With beef

It is not white cabbage, but Brussels sprouts stewed with beef that turns out to be very tasty and interesting (Figure 4).

You can use any part of the mascara. Since the dish is stewed for a long time, the meat becomes very soft.

Products:

  • 500 g beef;
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts;
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 carrot;

  • Sour cabbage – 400 gr.
