Preparation:

  1. Remove food from the refrigerator and warm to room temperature.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add a large spoonful of flour and sugar. Chat, set aside in a warm place. Soon the yeast will start working. After 10 minutes the dough is ready.
