How to cook pancakes with filling


1. Pour 2 cups of kefir into a bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds. During this time, kefir should warm up to the temperature of fresh milk.


2. Add salt, sugar and soda to warm kefir. Mix. The mass will increase in volume, become fluffy and airy. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk until smooth.


4. Now gradually add flour, which is better to sift first, and knead the dough, which in the end should remain soft and sticky (like thick sour cream). 2 cups of flour - the recipe is given approximately, the exact amount depends on the fat content of kefir or curdled milk that you will use.


5. Peel green onions from debris, rinse, dry, remove dried and damaged areas. Cut into rings.


6. Boil eggs, peel and cut. Place into bowl with dough.

Oladushki is a traditional dish of Slavic cuisine. We've all been making them for years. But not everyone knows that pancakes can be a separate dish if they are served with sauce and a drink. But they can replace bread. In this case, they are served with first courses. Of course, in the second case we are talking about unsweetened flatbreads. This is exactly how I’ll tell you how to prepare snack pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 200g;
  • Kefir – 200g;
  • Egg – 1 pc.;
  • Green onion – 60g;
  • Soda – 4g;
  • Salt – 3g;

I measure all the ingredients using a kitchen scale. I take fatty kefir - 2.5%. It will taste better this way. But the egg is an optional component; I made it without it, I just added a little more water (20 grams). It's working out great! And she combined kefir with soda, gave time for the reaction to begin and the kefir began to foam. And then I mixed it with the rest of the ingredients. As a result, the dough is fluffy, tender, and melts in your mouth!

  • 2 tbsp. l. milk, half tsp. soda and ½ tsp. lemon juice.
  • 1 tbsp. l. flax seed and 2 tbsp. l. water. Flax is soaked in boiling water and added to the dough in a steamed state.
  • Mix 1 tbsp. l. potato starch, 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1 tbsp. l. water.
  • The store sells a special product - egg replacer. It can also be used for pancakes.
  • Half 1 banana.
  • 3 tbsp. pumpkin, apple, plum, zucchini or apricot.
  • Soaked oatmeal.
  • Chickpea flour diluted in water.
  • Nut butter. Mayonnaise.
  • Tofu.
