It happens that baked goods look beautiful in a frying pan, but settle on the plate.

What is the secret of delicious and fluffy pancakes? At this point I will reveal all the secrets covered in darkness that are hidden in different recipes. After all, in essence, the ingredients are the same everywhere: kefir, eggs, sugar, salt, soda, flour. Why is the result different for everyone? To ensure everything turns out perfect, follow the cooking technology described below. And everything will turn out perfect!

Ingredients:

  • kefir 2.5 or 3.2% - 400 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soda - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. (70 gr.)
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 9 tbsp. (180 gr.)
  • vegetable oil for frying

How to cook:

1.Pour kefir into a bowl. Beat 2 eggs into it and mix with a whisk.

Secret: kefir for pancakes should not be low-fat. In this case, the cakes will turn out flat. Take a minimum fat content of 2.5%, or better yet, even more. The liquid should be at room temperature.
