How to make for buns

It is important to add kefir to the bun dough, not water, in order to end up with the most tender baked goods!

Required Products:

  • warm kefir – 1/2 cup;
  • wheat flour – 0.4 kg;
  • instant yeast – 1 sachet;
  • a pinch of table salt;
  • granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • butter – 20 g.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Pour granulated sugar, instant yeast (12 g) and table salt into a high bowl. And also sift the flour (highest grade).
  2. Now pour in the melted butter and warm kefir. It is better to preheat these ingredients in the microwave.
  3. Using the hook attachment, knead a soft, not very thick dough for 20 minutes. After this, separate several pieces. The approximate weight of each is about 70 g.

  • 400 ml hot water;

How to prepare the dough? First you need to slightly heat kefir (or yogurt) on the stove.

  • sifted wheat flour - 3 cups;

  • mineral table water – 140-150 ml;

It’s very simple: when forming, with your hands lightly greased with vegetable oil, pinch off a piece of dough, roll it into a ball and use a rolling pin to flatten it. It’s convenient and the dough is manageable, although you have to fry them right away, otherwise the dough will still stick to the table.

There is another option for working with soft dough, completely opposite to the previous one: dump the entire lump of dough onto a table generously sprinkled with flour and knead lightly, literally three or four movements.
