- flour – 400 g;

- mushrooms – 150 g;
- ham – 100 g;
- tomatoes – 3 pcs;
- bell pepper – 1 piece;
- tomato sauce – 150 g.
Description of preparation
- Dissolve dry yeast, salt and a spoonful of sugar in warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
- Add the sifted flour and olive oil to the yeast and mix thoroughly.
- Knead the dough, then cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, preferably using a sharp knife to prevent the contents from leaking out.
- Cut the champignons into portion-sized pieces, fry in a greased frying pan for 10-12 minutes.
- Cut the sausage and ham into small round pieces, you can make them smaller.
- Remove the core from the pepper, then cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
