It turns out because before everything was baked on a sheet (baking sheet), there were no frying pans, but only a Russian oven. Nowadays there are pancake makers, and instead of a stove there is an oven.

These are flour, milk and water. So try this simple baking method. It makes the products thin and dense, you want there to be a lot of holes, although if you are going to stuff the “suns”, then there is no need. But still))), then add more water to the dough.

  • milk - 1 tbsp., or 250 ml
  • flour - 1 tbsp., or 250 ml
  • boiling water - 1 tbsp. or 250 ml
  • chicken eggs C1 - 2 pcs.
  • coarse salt - 0.5 tsp
  • granulated sugar - to taste or 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp and + for greasing

For filling:

  • cottage cheese - 250-300 g, less or more possible
  • granulated sugar - 2 tbsp or to taste
  • raisins - a handful
  • vanillin - to taste

Make dough for pancakes, use any favorite recipe for this. Or use this description. Combine sugar, salt and chicken eggs in a bowl, add milk and mix with a regular whisk. Then pour in milk, vegetable oil and add flour. Stir thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no large lumps.

Important! It is better to sift the flour before preparing pancakes, add sugar and salt to your taste, but it is not recommended to add too much sugar, otherwise the surface of the products will turn very brown. It’s better to take milk at room temperature, but I also take it from the refrigerator when I have no time).

Step 2.

As soon as you have created a thick mass, pour boiling water into which put a spoonful of soda and stir so that it extinguishes in it. Dilute the thick mixture and stir until smooth. The dough is ready!

For better elasticity, it needs to stand for at least 10-30 minutes under the lid.

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat thoroughly on the stove. Then reduce the heat slightly and place the dough with a ladle over the entire area of ​​the dish using rotational movements. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Turn over with a spatula or a special device.

If the cottage cheese is coarse-grained, it is first recommended to rub it through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
