Recipe

  3. Beat the remaining two eggs, sour cream (250 grams) and sugar with a whisk until smooth and the crystals are completely dissolved.
  4. For pancake dough, mix dry and wet ingredients until completely combined. If the dough is very thick, add a little water or warm milk. If liquid, add flour.
  5. Mix the prepared filling of eggs and green onions into the dough.
  6. Heat vegetable oil suitable for frying in a saucepan. Without peeling, dissolve a clove of garlic in hot oil until a spicy aroma appears. Fry the lazy pies like pancakes, calibrating the size with a tablespoon.
  7. For a more beautiful and even shape, you can use a culinary ring.

Ingredients

  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Flour – 10 tbsp.
  • Green onion – 50 g
  • Salt and ground black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.

Recipe

  1. Beat two chicken eggs into a bowl, add baking soda, salt and ground black pepper.

Dough:

  • Warm water – 300 ml
  • Dry instant yeast - 6 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Flour - 500 g
  • Olive oil – 25 g

Filling:

  • Any fried minced meat - 300 g
  • Ketchup – 100 g
  • Grated cheese - 300 g
  • Vegetable oil - 50 g (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix warm water, salt, sugar, yeast and olive oil.
  2. Sift flour into the mixture and knead the dough. You can do this by hand, or you can use a mixer.
  3. Cover the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place: it should double in size.
  4. Next, divide the dough into 2 equal balls. Roll out each ball thinly to the size of the pan in which the dough will be fried.
  5. Heat a frying pan, place a thin flatbread on it and fry until half cooked. Then turn over and fry until done.
  6. Turn it back over, coat the surface with ketchup, put a thin layer of minced meat on one half and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. The fire should be low so that the cake does not burn.
  8. Cover the filling with the other half and, pressing lightly with a spatula, fry on both sides.
