Chocolate curd pie in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 140 gr. wheat flour
- 35 gr. cocoa powder
- 3 pcs. egg
- 100 gr. sugar
- 210 gr. sour cream 20%
- 70 gr. butter
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 500 gr. cottage cheese
- 100 gr. sugar
- 3 pcs. egg
- 25 gr. potato starch
Cooking method
Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer or blender until smooth, add sour cream, butter and beat again. Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into a bowl and stir with a spoon. Pour half of the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients and stir vigorously with a whisk. Add the other half and mix the dough with a whisk until it has a smooth, homogeneous structure. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and place the dough there. Using an immersion blender, beat two large or three small eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese and potato starch and bring the dough until smooth without lumps. Carefully place the curd dough one spoon at a time in the center. The curd dough, not reaching the edges of the bowl, should form a circle with a diameter smaller than the bottom chocolate layer. Both layers should be at the same level. Set the “Baking” mode for 1 hour 20 minutes at a temperature of 110-120 degrees. Check the readiness of the pie after an hour (in some multicookers it cooks faster). Remove the finished two-color cake from the multicooker bowl using a steaming stand. Allow it to cool slightly upside down. The finished pie can be served warm or cold. It can be stored for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
Important: when cooling, the curd dough may shrink slightly in size and change shape. Bon appetit!
Marbled zebra
To treat children and guests who come for tea, you can make a beautiful “marble” casserole, in which chocolate layers are combined with white ones.
Ingredients of light dough:
- 400 g cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 6 tablespoons of sour cream;
- 4 tablespoons – granulated sugar;
- 2 tablespoons – wheat flour;
- Vanillin packaging.
For the dark dough take:
- 5 tablespoons flour;
- a similar amount of granulated sugar;
- 200 g quality dark chocolate;
- 200 g butter;
- 5 eggs;
- packet of vanilla sweetener.
For the white part of the casserole, combine the curd mass with regular and vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, sour cream, and beat until smooth.
For the dark part of the casserole, melt the chocolate bar and butter in one bowl. Beat the yolks and whites with regular and vanilla sweetener, pour in the chocolate-butter mixture. Add flour and stir thoroughly.
Place light dough in layers, then chocolate dough, into a greased baking container. Place in the oven, heated to 180 °C, cook for 40 minutes.
Let's start preparing the base
First, let's stock up on the necessary components. We remember that mousse must be made with gelatin. Look carefully to see if you have in your refrigerator:
- 200 gram pack of ordinary cottage cheese (fat content at the discretion of the housewife);
- 150 milliliters of yogurt or low-fat kefir;
- a pack of gelatin;
- four to five tablespoons of powdered sugar or vanilla sugar;
Now pour boiling water over the gelatin and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Mix the cottage cheese thoroughly with yogurt or kefir and beat using a blender. The mass must be completely homogeneous. Now pour gelatin and powdered sugar into the mixture. The base for the dessert is ready. Now we continue to prepare the curd mousse - the recipe for the dish is standard.
With chocolate butter
Instead of cocoa, you can use chocolate butter to prepare the casserole; you get a delicate dessert.
Ingredients:
- 600 g cottage cheese;
- 60 g chocolate cream product;
- half a glass of granulated sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- a tablespoon of white flour.
The eggs are beaten with sugar. Add softened butter and cottage cheese, stir well. The mold is oiled and sprinkled with flour. Spread the curd mass and place it in the oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.
How to make “Curd and chocolate jelly”
1. Pour the gelatin packet into a bowl and pour milk or cream over it. When the gelatin swells, 30-40 minutes, dissolve it in a water bath. Gelatin cannot be boiled.
2. You can mash the cottage cheese with a fork. If you want a homogeneous mass, rub it through a sieve or grind it in a blender. Add sugar and sour cream. Mix well.
3. Pour gelatin into the curd mass and mix thoroughly again. Divide the finished mixture into two bowls. Leave one white. Add cocoa to another bowl with the curd mass and stir until the mass is brown.
4. If you have jelly molds, you will get great portioned jellies. If not, don't be upset. You can pour our mixture into one bowl. Then all that remains is to cut the jelly into pieces. Place jelly into molds alternately with a tablespoon of different colors.
5. When the jelly has hardened, remove it from the molds and pour over the chocolate glaze and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Bon appetit!
With coffee and cookies
The coffee casserole tastes similar to a similar dessert with cocoa, and the cookie layer adds satiety.
To make cottage cheese casserole, take:
- 800 g of curd product;
- 3 eggs;
- 300 g of shortcrust pastry;
- half a glass of granulated sugar;
- 100 g butter;
- 50 g quality dark chocolate;
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee;
- the same amount of starch;
- a large pinch of vanilla sweetener.
The cookies are ground, the crumbs are poured with melted butter, and mixed. The resulting mass is spread, pressing, into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Combine simple and vanilla sugar, cottage cheese, eggs, starch, stir well. The mass is divided in half. One half is placed in the mold on top of the sand base. Coffee is added to the second, as well as melted chocolate.
Cover the casserole with a chocolate layer. Place in an oven heated to 180°C for an hour.
