We will need: fermented milk Agusha – 1 l (5 packs of 200 g each), eggs – 3 pcs. sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons, salt - 1 teaspoon, flour - 2-3 cups (Makfa needed 3 tbsp), soda - 1 tsp, boiling water - 1 cup, vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons. Butter for greasing prepared pancakes and vegetable oil for frying.

Recipe. Mix Agusha, salt, eggs and sugar. We heat to a temperature of 40-50 degrees (hot, but so that the finger can “tolerate”). Add sifted flour and vegetable oil to the mixture, dilute the soda in boiling water and add to our dough, mix until smooth. The mixture should have the consistency of liquid sour cream. If necessary, add more flour (if it turns out to be very liquid, the pancakes will stick to the pan). Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes, during this time we heat up the frying pan (cast iron or a special Teflon pancake pan is ideal) and fry the pancakes in vegetable oil, pouring the dough with a ladle. Place the finished pancakes in a dish, coating each pancake with butter.

We will need: fermented milk Agusha – 200 ml (1 pack), egg – 1 pc. sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon, salt - 1/2 teaspoon, flour - 1 cup (Makfa needed 1.5 tbsp), soda - 1/2 tsp, vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoons Butter for greasing prepared pancakes and vegetable oil for frying.

Recipe. Add soda to Agusha and mix thoroughly, beat the egg into the mixture, add sugar, salt and flour. Mix until smooth, the consistency of the dough is liquid sour cream. Let the dough stand for 15 minutes. Fry in a hot frying pan, pouring the dough with a spoon.

Both recipes turned out great the first time. You can serve pancakes and pancakes with sour cream or jam or with salty delicacies: caviar, lightly salted red fish, Suluguni cheese.

  • 1-2 tablespoons or 3 - 6 cubes of sugar;
  • 1 large spoon of vinegar;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of refined sunflower, corn or other vegetable oil (for frying) and 1 spoon in the dough (optional);
  • optional: a pinch of vanillin (will give the pancakes an aroma and a slight sweetish taste).
  1. Break the eggs into a container, add water, vanillin, salt and sugar, then beat everything thoroughly with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency and dissolution of all bulk ingredients.
  2. Pour vinegar over the baking soda (quench it), add it to the dough being prepared and stir the mixture again.
  3. Then gradually add flour, about a spoonful at a time, without ceasing to beat the dough. It is not recommended to add all the flour at once: there is a high probability that it will not mix completely and lumps will remain.

In addition, you will need a packet of baking powder and a couple of eggs. But a cake without cream will not be as tasty. To prepare it you need 0.5 cups of milk mixture and sour cream, and another 100 g of sugar.

To get the cake, you first need to mix the sugar with the eggs and beat thoroughly. Then add baking powder and flour to them and mix to form a thick mass.
