  3. Then add chopped tomatoes and garlic through a press to the meat, then mix the products well.
  4. In the meantime, you need to prepare Bechamel sauce from butter, cream (milk) and flour in a well-known way. The consistency of the composition can always be adjusted according to personal preferences - make it more or less thick, reminiscent of sour cream.
  5. Next, you have to cut the pita bread diagonally, treat the multicooker bowl with butter, then put the separated part of the layer into the container. The corners of the sheet need to be tucked inward, creating a kind of edges.
  6. Now you need to lay out a layer of 1/3 of the minced meat, pour a portion of bechamel over it, sprinkle the surface of the meat with some of the cheese shavings, grated in advance.

  7. Then you need to continue assembling the next layers.
  8. To finish using the prepared components, put a sheet of pita bread, the ends of which should be tucked inside the product, pour the sauce over the surface, and sprinkle with cheese.

All that remains is to close the device, turn on the “Baking” program on the device, and set the cooking time on the display to 1 hour.

Useful tips and tricks

Lazy lasagna made from pita bread with minced meat, the recipe of which is slightly different from the classic version, will always turn out tasty, elegant and appetizing if you take into account the following recommendations:

  • The ideal basis for the presented dish is thin Armenian flatbread. Lavash, which contains water, table salt and flour, is of gastronomic value. Yeast may be included in the mass, but the shelf life of such a product will be significantly reduced;

  • It is recommended to pay special attention to the integrity of the packaging material with the presence of small holes in it for air ventilation, which prevents the appearance of mold on the sheets;
  • separated parts of thin sheets can be briefly soaked in sauce (bechamel, bolognese, tomato, cream, other compositions), and only then used for their intended purpose;
  • It is advisable to bake lasagna in a square pan made of ceramic or heat-resistant glass. A thin-walled deck will not work, as the treat will turn out dry;
  • when creating a sauce - an essential component of Italian food - it is better to replace milk with cream, which will make the consistency of the composition thicker, and the finished dish - as satisfying and nutritious as possible;
  • Fresh herbs - rosemary, dill, tarragon, thyme, mint, and other aromatic herbs will help to get a particularly refreshing taste of lasagna;
  • To make the minced meat more juicy and easy to spread on sheets of pita bread, add sunflower oil, tomato dressing or sour cream to the ground mass. The quantity of these products must be adjusted depending on the fat content of the meat taken;
  • The baked product should not burn under any circumstances. It is almost impossible to correct such an oversight, therefore the workpiece should be covered with a sheet of foil before placing it in the oven;
  • When assembling lasagna, you need to lay out the pita bread in a cross-shaped order in relation to the previous layer. This technique will make the “structure” more durable, maintain its integrity when cutting portions and serving the treat in even and beautiful pieces;
  • the meat filling will be especially tasty if it includes chicken fillet, beef and pork, taken in equal proportions;
  • Cheeses are an essential component when creating the perfect treat. In the classic version, “Mozzarella” is recognized as such. However, soft, creamy varieties of fermented milk product, with a pungent taste and sharp aroma, are quite suitable.

Lazy lasagna, prepared from pita bread and minced meat according to any of the presented recipes, will become even more tender, juicy and tasty if you let the dish steep for 1–1.5 hours before baking.
