Prepare the batter: sift the flour and mix with salt and pepper. You can add any other spices to your taste. Separately beat the eggs and mix them with flour. It turns out to be quite a liquid dough.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cut the Adyghe cheese into equal slices. Pour breadcrumbs into a separate plate. Dip the pieces of cheese into the prepared batter, then roll in breading. Immediately place the pieces of cheese in the pan and fry on both sides. As soon as it browns, it’s ready.
Adyghe cheese recipe
As mentioned earlier, recipes for this dish may vary depending on the type of product used. For example, you can use Adyghe cheese. Despite its beneficial properties, it contains few calories, which makes it possible to eat it even while on a diet.
To prepare Adyghe cheese in batter you will need:
- Adyghe cheese - 600 g;
- Eggs (chicken, medium) - 4 pcs.;
- Premium flour (wheat) - 4 tbsp;
- Breadcrumbs - 300 g;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Ground pepper (red/black) – 0.5 tsp;

- 350 gr. feta cheese;
- 50 ml soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 1 egg;
- 1 glass of beer;

To prepare this snack you need fresh cheese. If you bought cheese that is too salty, you must first soak it in cold water, changing the water periodically. - Mayonnaise – 180-220 gr.;

- Crab sticks – 0.2 kg;

Grind the cheese and eggs on a grater. Add chopped garlic, salt and mayonnaise to them. Watch the consistency of the mass. It shouldn't turn out too liquid. Less mayonnaise may be required.
To top it, you need to grate the crab sticks; for convenience, they can be slightly frozen.

Suluguni in batter
Try cooking suluguni in batter. Suluguni is a rather salty cheese, so its batter should be salted moderately.
- 300 gr. suluguni cheese;
- 1 cup flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 200 ml light beer;
- salt, black pepper, ground paprika to taste.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and spices to the flour, mix. Separately, beat the egg, gradually add beer into the beaten egg, stirring constantly. Then add a mixture of flour and spices to the egg-beer mixture. Mix everything thoroughly so that not a single lump remains.
Cut the suluguni into pieces 0.7-0.8 cm thick. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Prick pieces of cheese one at a time onto a fork, dip into batter and place in a frying pan with butter. Fried suluguni for beer
Suluguni is a type of cheese that is widely used by Georgians in culinary recipes. Its difference from other varieties is its spicy flavor, which goes well with beer. There are several options for frying it - in batter and in pita bread.
To implement the recipe you will need:
- Suluguni cheese - 500 g;
- Premium flour (wheat) - 6 tbsp;
- Chicken eggs (size - medium) - 2 pcs.;
- Salt – 1/2 tsp;
- Black pepper – 0.5 tsp;
- Various spices;
- Vegetable oil - for the frying stage.

An excellent appetizer is breaded and fried suluguni cheese. You can also prepare this dish as a main dish by serving it with a side dish of fresh vegetables and a sweet and sour sauce, such as berry. We will prepare the breading with the addition of herbs, we will get an amazingly aromatic crust and tender melted cheese inside.
- 600 gr. Suluguni;
- 1-2 eggs;
- 1 cup breadcrumbs;
- 1 teaspoon dry basil;
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley;
- 0.5 teaspoon of dry celery;
- black and allspice to taste.
Grind dry herbs in a mortar. Mix the resulting aromatic mixture with breadcrumbs and pepper the mixture to taste.
We cut the suluguni into cubes about 1 cm thick. But if you want to make the snack more original, you can cut hearts, stars or other figures from the cheese.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add salt. Dip pieces of suluguni into the egg mixture, and then roll them in breadcrumbs mixed with aromatic herbs. You can repeat the process, that is, immerse the cheese in the egg again and roll it in breadcrumbs again, this will make the breading layer thicker and prevent the cheese from leaking out. Fry the pieces in heated vegetable oil, fry for a minute on each side.
Mozzarella with tomatoes in batter
This is a delicious and very original appetizer that will decorate any table.
- 2 tomatoes;
- 4 small balls of mozzarella (about 100 g);
- 1 sprig of basil;
- 100 ml milk;
- 1 egg;
- 50 gr. flour;
- 40 gr. vegetable oil, preferably olive;
- salt, black pepper to taste.
We cut each tomato into 4 mugs, and cut the mozzarella balls in half. The result is 8 slices of tomato and cheese.
Delicious cheese balls with crab sticks and garlic
Let's look at another recipe. You know, I would replace everyone’s favorite crab stick salad with this dish. First of all, this is something new. And secondly, they taste very tender. And all thanks to a favorable combination of ingredients. Which ones? Now you’ll find out everything yourself... By the way, another plus is that this appetizer is prepared quite quickly. It is enough to prepare the products, roll them into balls, they are not subjected to any heat treatment.
We will need:
- Crab sticks - 200 gr.
- Cheese - 100 gr.
- Chicken egg - 2-3 pcs.
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. As I already said, the recipe is quite simple. The main attribute in preparing our snack will be a grater. Prepare all ingredients. Boil the eggs, then cool and peel them. Peel the garlic.
Now that all the products have been prepared and brought to readiness, you can begin. Our task now is to grind everything using a grater. The ingredients should be grated on a fine grater.
2. Then mix all the chopped products in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, take your time, add a spoon and mix well. Check the consistency, if it meets your needs, then you can start forming balls.

How to deep fry cheese sticks
To prepare this dish, you should prepare the following ingredients:
- Hard cheese – 350-400 g;
- Chicken eggs (medium size) - 1 pc.;
- Premium flour (wheat) – 100 g;
- Water - about 50 ml;
- Breadcrumbs - 50 g;
- Salt – 0.5-1 tsp;
- Ground pepper (red or black) – 0.5 tsp;
- Other seasonings at your discretion;
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
The cooking time in general will not exceed 30 minutes.
Calorie content of breaded cheese sticks is 275 kcal/100 g.
For the dough, beat eggs at room temperature with wheat flour, water, salt and seasonings using a fork or whisk. Cut the hard cheese into bars, but it is advisable to use smaller bars than in the first recipe.
Prepare two deep bowls, one of which contains the batter, and the second contains breadcrumbs. It is also much more convenient to deep fry than in a frying pan, because in the first case the batter will be more evenly distributed over the bars of cheese. It is necessary to heat the oil in deep frying.
Fry the slices in this order: first dip the first piece in batter, then roll it in breading, and then fry in boiling oil. Frying time is up to 2 minutes, by which time the cheese sticks should acquire a golden brown crust.
Cheese sticks should be served chilled. You can choose any sauce for them depending on your preferences.
Cheese in mint batter
This is a dish from Indian cuisine. The original recipe uses paneer cheese, but you can also use Adyghe cheese.
- 200 gr. cheese;
- 3 sprigs of mint;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon of ground dry garlic;
- salt, ground red pepper to taste.
Cut the cheese into square slices. Remove the leaves from the mint sprigs, wash them and chop them finely. Finely chop the flour and dilute with water to the consistency of liquid sour cream. Add salt, pepper, garlic and baking powder. Pour in the melted butter and add chopped mint. Mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Dip the cheese slices into the batter and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
How to fry cheese in a frying pan
A huge plus of the dish is that it requires minimal preparation before frying. You only need to cut the product into arbitrary cubes, bars or strips. Then make a batter from eggs and flour, roll the cheese pieces in breading - everything is ready for frying. Batter, by the way, is very important - it not only gives a special taste to the dish, but also preserves the liquid filling and prevents it from spreading.
To fry cheese in a pan, you will need oil. You need to take enough of it so that the cheese pieces are covered exactly to the middle. - 16 slices of mozzarella;
- 2 large eggs;
- 2 cloves garlic, minced;
- 100 g flour;
- 90 g bread crumbs;
- 75 g grated parmesan;

- Heat sunflower oil in a deep frying pan.
- Mix bread crumbs with grated cheese, aromatic garlic, chopped parsley and oregano.
- Take three medium-sized containers, beat the eggs in one, place the flour in the other, and pour the mixture of crumbs and spices into the third.
- Dip each piece of mozzarella first into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs.
- Carefully add the breaded cheese to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 45 to 60 seconds.
Serve fried mozzarella with tomato paste or garlic sauce. Use basil and rosemary as additional spices.

Ingredients for Onion Rings with Mozzarella Batter:
- Onions - 3 pcs;
- Mozzarella - 200 g;
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs;
- Wheat flour / Flour - 250 g;
- Breadcrumbs / Breading - 250 tbsp. l.
Recipe for Onion Rings with Mozzarella in Batter:
Cut the onion into rings 0.5 cm thick. Cut carefully, making sure that the rings do not break during the cutting process. Remove the onion rings. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small strips, place it inside the onion ring, securing it with a smaller ring. Then put the collected onion rings in the freezer. Start preparing the batter. Whisk 3 eggs and prepare a plate with flour and breadcrumbs. Dip the onion rings in the batter, let the excess batter drip off, and place in a frying pan preheated to 180 degrees. Fry on both sides until the onion turns golden brown. Place the finished onion rings on paper towels. Remove excess fat. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
