Thanks to one little trick, this baked chicken will be magically flavorful.

Baked chicken according to this recipe is prepared very simply, from completely ordinary ingredients, and the result is exceptionally tasty and magically aromatic. By the way, you can increase the amount of seasonings according to your taste; the recipe gives the recommended minimum.

For 6 servings:

  • 1 chicken (1.5 kg)
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • small bunch of parsley
  • 100 g pitted olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece of stale bread
  • salt, ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Wash the parsley, dry and chop.

Cut the skin of the chicken all over the carcass and distribute the chopped parsley inside these cuts so that the seasoning is under the skin. This will give the meat a very pleasant aroma.

Peel the garlic and rub it on a good piece of stale bread.

Drizzle olive oil over the bread.

Rub the inside of the chicken carcass with salt and pepper, place a piece of bread, rosemary, thyme and a few olives inside.

Place the chicken in a deep pan. Grease it well with olive oil.
