- Let's prepare all the ingredients: you need to boil and cool the potatoes, eggs, chicken breast in advance.
- Using a coarse grater, grate cheese, potatoes, and yolks into different bowls. Finely chop the chicken breast and onion. There is no need to grate the whites in advance so that they do not stick together and form a beautiful, airy layer on the salad. Pour boiling water over the onion to soften its harsh taste.
- Prepare the sauce: add mustard, pressed garlic, pepper, salt to the sour cream. Mix well and place in a pastry bag. If you don’t have one, you can put the sauce in a thick plastic bag or make a bag out of baking paper.
