All children love sweets very much. But not all desserts can be eaten with it. This will prevent sudden allergies to ingredients that you could not even suspect were in the composition.
Classic cottage cheese cookies
The simplest dessert recipe, which is prepared without the use of additional ingredients.
Required Products:
- two eggs;
- a little more than 100 grams of butter;
- about half a kilogram of cottage cheese;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- one and a half cups of flour.
Preparation:
- You should start preparing cookies with its base, that is, the dough. Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl.
- Then break the eggs there and add the butter, which should first be slightly softened. Mix all this, you can use a mixer, then the result will be even softer and more pleasant.
- After this, add flour and bring the mixture until smooth.
- All that remains is to roll out the resulting mass into a layer about half a centimeter thick. Cut out cookies of any shape from it and place in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Cottage cheese cookies with banana
Bananas are very useful for children; they contain potassium, which largely determines the quality of intestinal function.
It is known that in childhood the digestive system is not yet debugged, and therefore it is important to help the child’s body by organizing optimal nutrition.
Bananas activate the production of serotonin, which provides the baby with favorable psycho-emotional conditions for contact with the outside world.
Required:
- High fat cottage cheese 200 g.
- A third of a glass of cane sugar.
- Half a stick of butter.
- Banana.
- A pinch of salt and citric acid.
- 200 g flour.
- Yolk.
- Sesame or flax seed for sprinkling.
Preparation:
- Mix flour with baking powder.
- Cream butter with sugar
- Mash the cottage cheese with banana, adding salt and citric acid.
- Combine the butter and curd mixtures and mix them.
- Add flour, knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.7.
- Brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame or flax seeds.
- Cut into diamonds or squares using a knife.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sesame seeds are high in calories, contain a large supply of light vegetable fats, a wide vitamin-mineral complex, and most importantly, sesame is simply replete with such an essential element for a child as calcium. It's just a calcium storehouse.
Flax seed is rich in essential fats, contains all three “omegas” valuable for humans - 3, 6, 9. A source of protein and fiber. Helps digestion processes.
You can complement the sweets with cinnamon, fenugreek, various nuts or dried fruits. Nuts and dried fruits must be thoroughly washed, dried and chopped. Sprinkle the resulting crumbs over the cookies before baking. To make the nuts stick, you can coat them with yolk or simply press them in and roll them a little onto the surface of the dough.
Meat complementary foods can be given to your baby by the age of seven months. Read carefully how to cook meat for a 7-month-old baby and how to introduce it into your baby’s diet.
You will find methods for teaching your child to write numbers in this topic.
Instead of regular white sugar, you can use fructose or stevia, as well as honey. Or there is the option of preparing unsweetened, lightly salted dough.
Bon appetit, soulful and nutritious tea parties with healthy curd treats!
"Crow's feet" - step-by-step recipe
Cottage cheese cookies “crow's feet”, despite the intricate name, are simple to prepare, and if you use low-fat cottage cheese, you will get an almost dietary delicacy.
Required Products:
- a large stick of butter;
- two glasses of flour;
- a little more than 100 grams of sugar;
- a couple of tablespoons of water;
- about 300 grams of cottage cheese;
- two yolks.
Preparation:
- Before starting cooking, be sure to freeze the butter well, as it needs to be grated.
- Cottage cheese and flour are added to the butter and all this is mixed well or even rubbed with your hands.
- To the resulting mixture add only egg yolks and a few tablespoons of water. Mix until you get a homogeneous lump. Then put it in the refrigerator for a while.
- While the mixture is cooling, you can turn on the oven at 190 degrees so that it has time to heat up. Make a layer of about half a centimeter thick from a lump of dough and cut out round pieces.
- Dip the dough in sugar, fold it in half, then back into sugar and fold it again, so that the result is a triangle shape, reminiscent of a crow's foot. The top part must be sugar.
- Keep in the heated oven for about 20 minutes.
Very tasty cottage cheese cookies. Recipes for tender cottage cheese cookies at home
Hello dear friends! Today I wanted to write to you about how to make very tasty and tender cottage cheese cookies. The same as we ate as children. And it will always be appropriate for tea, not only on holidays, but also on ordinary days.
I generally love homemade baked goods, especially when they are prepared quickly. I'm probably not the only one. After all, they have come up with so many quick-cooking recipes and for a reason. It’s just that we all love delicious food, but we want to make time for other things besides cooking.
I had this story when I was a child. My friend and I decided to joke, and prepared this delicacy after the labor lesson. But instead of sugar they added salt and treated their mothers. Mine ate it and didn’t wince, she just praised how great I was. But my girlfriend was even punished. I was once again convinced that my mom is the best. And what just comes to children's heads.
Such desserts can also be made with the addition of various ingredients. Only cottage cheese and flour remain unchanged.
To make the perfect cookies, choose medium-fat cottage cheese. It must be rubbed with a blender or through a sieve so that no lumps remain. I also recommend sifting the flour.
Soft cookies “Triangles”
Another variation of making delicate pastries that your children will definitely love.
Required Products:
- half a small spoon of soda;
- about 200 grams of butter;
- 300 grams of cottage cheese;
- two glasses of flour;
- a glass of sugar.
Preparation:
- Curd triangle cookies are prepared practically the same way as classic ones. First put the flour in a bowl, and then the butter, previously cut into small squares, and then it needs to be completely crushed to get almost crumbs.
- Then spread the cottage cheese and do the same with it as with butter. Add baking soda here and turn the mixture into a dense lump.
- We divide the resulting lump into two parts, make a layer out of it that is not too thick and cut it into circles. They need to be rolled in sugar on one side, then folded in half, dipped in sugar again and folded again until you get a triangle.
- Place the workpieces in a hot oven - heated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
At what age can you give it to a child?
Feeding a baby is very monotonous. Therefore, caring parents try to diversify the baby’s menu by offering him cookies. Many children try sweet treats at an early age - at 4-5 months. Pediatricians believe that it is better to postpone getting to know him until a year. But you can pamper children with homemade cakes as early as 8 months.
For the little ones, you can prepare healthy cottage cheese cookies without flour and even without eggs. At the same age, cottage cheese can be introduced into the baby’s diet.
If you continue to breastfeed, you can dilute the cookies with breast milk. Children who are on artificial nutrition should mix their treats with an adapted milk formula.

- What you get needs to be rolled into a roll and cut crosswise into thin pieces.

Maria Belaya's blog
Hi all. I come to you today with the promised cookie recipe, which is ideal for the little ones. You won’t find margarine or eggs in the composition, and there is only a minimal amount of sugar. Besides all this, these cookies can be prepared with the kids. I recommend purchasing special cookie cutters, as I am planning a number of articles of this kind.
To be honest, it took me a long time to choose the recipe for cottage cheese cookies. There are so many of them that it makes your eyes wide open. And then I decided that I would make a series of publications with several options, and you yourself will choose the one that is more suitable for yourself.
And I’ll start with this recipe, the simplest in terms of preparation and composition. I would like to note that some may not find these cookies sweet, so you can add more sugar for yourself.
So, how to make cottage cheese cookies for children, recipe step by step with photos.
Ingredients:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 150 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
Preparation:
Since the cookies are cottage cheese, cottage cheese is the most important component on which the final taste depends. It's best to use the fattest cottage cheese you can find. The ideal option is homemade or 18%. Unfortunately, I can’t always find such options, then I buy 9%, which can certainly be found in any supermarket.
Naturally, I won’t talk much about the quality of the oil; it’s the best for children. By the way, margarine is prohibited in my house; I have an extremely negative attitude towards such products and do not advise you to eat them. I always buy butter with 82.5% or 72.5% fat content.
Let's start cooking. It is better to additionally cool the butter in the freezer, 30-40 minutes is enough (of course, before that it should be in the refrigerator). The process of preparing the dough is the same as for Napoleon cake; we need to grate well-chilled butter on a coarse grater, grinding it with flour.
There is no need to knead the dough too much; let some pieces of butter remain.
Next, add sugar to our dough.
And pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. You can beat the curd with an immersion blender if you don’t have a sieve. It is important for us to get rid of lumps.
Knead the dough, do it quickly. We just need to collect it into a ball.
Place in the refrigerator, after wrapping it in film. It is best to leave our dough overnight; if there is no time, then it is better to keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or half an hour in the freezer.
Next, let's get it. Roll out on a floured surface. You need to roll it out thinly, up to 3-5 millimeters.
Then, cut out cookies from the dough using special cutters. Here, call your children for help, it will be more fun with them. If suddenly there are no molds in the house, then you can simply cut them with cups of different sizes. I recommend placing cookies of approximately the same size on a baking sheet so that they cook at the same time. If the shapes vary greatly in volume, then small cookies will have to be taken out of the oven earlier so that they do not burn.
Place the resulting figures on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place in a preheated oven at 200º for 10-15 minutes. The time depends on the size of the cookies. If the cookies are very small, then 5-7 minutes will be enough. The main thing here is not to overcook; the finished cookies should not brown too much.
Let it cool a little. Can be served with milk or cocoa.
From this amount of dough I get 2-2.5 trays of cookies.
This is a great opportunity to have a great time with your children. Help for parents, joy for children. Who knows, maybe just by making these cookies your child will want to become a great chef.
Enjoy your meal.
