8. Place our products in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

  • soda - 1 tsp

  • three chicken eggs;
  • 430 g condensed milk;
  • a tablespoon of vodka;
  • half a liter of vegetable oil;
  • 400 g flour;
  • powdered sugar.

Preparation progress:

  1. First you need to beat the eggs until foam appears. Add condensed milk to it, pour a tablespoon of vodka. Vodka can be replaced with brandy in this recipe. Shake the mixture very well until it becomes completely homogeneous. Add wheat flour to the prepared mixture, which we first sift through a sieve. Then knead the dough with your hands.
  2. Place the finished dough on the table and roll it out as thinly as possible with a heavy rolling pin. The optimal thickness is the thickness of the dough equal to the thickness of the knife blade. It is from dough of this thickness that you can prepare the most delicious and crispy brushwood.
  3. Divide the dough into strips, then cut each one in the middle. One half of the strip of dough must be inserted into the hole so that the result is classic loops made of brushwood. At this time, boil the oil in a saucepan or very deep frying pan.
  4. Place the prepared brushwood in a pan and fry in it for literally one minute (even a little less). It is imperative to ensure that the brushwood does not burn and stick to the bottom of the container. The finished brushwood should be carefully placed on a paper towel, where excess vegetable oil will drain from the sweets.

To serve, place the brushwood in a beautiful dish and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 1 tbsp;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Sugar - 0.5 tbsp;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Vodka - 1 glass;
  • Flour - 1 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil - 500 ml.

Cooking method:

1. First, beat the eggs, but not until foamy, but so that the yolks combine with the whites. Then pour in warm milk and vodka.

Do you know why you add alcohol to the dough? It turns out that it prevents the vegetable oil from being absorbed into the cookies too intensely.

2. Then pour in the sugar. If you have a sweet tooth, then its amount can be increased, but not by much. Otherwise the dough will burn. Be sure to add a pinch of salt to make the taste of the product more harmonious. At the end you need to add flour and mix. There should be no lumps in the consistency. It should look a little thicker than for pancakes. Let it rest for 15 minutes and then start frying.

3. To do this, pour 2 cm of vegetable oil into a deep fryer or deep frying pan of small diameter. Heat it up, but don't let it boil. Dip a metal flower or other carved shape you have into the oil for 1 minute. It should become hot, but not scorching hot. Then dip it 2/3 of the way into the batter for a second. It will stick to the hot metal in a thin layer. After this, the tool with the dough must be quickly dipped into oil.

4. After a minute, the workpiece can be easily removed from the metal mold. After this, you can leave it to finish frying, and in the meantime, dip the tool in the dough again and place it in oil.

In fact, everything is simple, the main thing is to get used to it.

5. The finished treat must be placed on a napkin, allowing the fat to drain off. When it has cooled a little, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Bake in the oven using puff pastry

This sweet is also made from puff pastry. Very quick recipe and tastes amazing. Take note.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • Puff pastry (thawed) - 300 gr.;
  • Butter - for greasing the pan.

For filling:

  • Apricot jam - 200 gr. (or any other);
  • Butter (softened) - 60 grams.

For the glaze:

  • Condensed milk - 180 gr.;
  • Almonds (roasted, chopped) - 2 tbsp;
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking method:

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with butter.
  2. Now prepare the filling. In a bowl, combine jam and butter, beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle measuring 35x50 cm.
  4. Apply the filling to one half of the dough, cover with the other half (you should get a rectangle measuring 25-35 cm). Cut this rectangle into strips measuring 1.5x25 cm. Tie the strip with knots.
  5. Place the products on the prepared baking sheet, brush with condensed milk, sprinkle with almonds and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Transfer the items to a wire rack and let cool. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

How to make crunches on water

And now I want to offer you a recipe using regular drinking water. This way the delicacy turns out to be both inexpensive and very crispy.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 2 tbsp;
  • Water - 1 tbsp.;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Egg - 2 pcs.;
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Sunflower oil - for frying.

Cooking method:

1. Mix flour with eggs, add sugar and salt. Then gradually pour in water.

2. Knead the dough.

3. The finished dough must be rolled out. It should not be thick, otherwise the crunches will not bake.

4. Cut the rolled out cake into vertical strips of 2-3 cm.

5. Then cut the strips into pieces 4-5 cm long.

6. Make a small cut in each piece. We insert one corner into the cut and unscrew the piece.

7. Next, fry our delicacy in a hot frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

A simple recipe for making a lush delicacy using kefir

If you add kefir to the dough, you won’t get super-thin baked goods. However, you will be provided with delicious lush twisted sticks, which look very similar to thin sweet elongated baursaks!

The brushwood on this fermented milk product turns out to be very tender and porous on the inside, and the outside is covered with a golden brown crust, which will have a pleasant crunch when fresh.

Such a beautiful and tasty deep-fried delicacy is usually served during tea drinking, always sprinkled with sweet sprinkles.

3. Cut off a third of the dough and roll it out into an even layer. Do the same with the remaining two parts of the test.

4. Cut into rectangles and make a slot in each of them. You can continue to fry them as they are, but the ends of these strips rolled through a hole 1-3 times will look much more interesting.

  2. Mix gently with a spoon, starting from the center and gradually adding flour from the edges of the bowl.
  3. Pour a little flour onto the table, spread it over the table with your hand and lay out the resulting mass.
  4. Knead the dough; the dough should be elastic and stiff. You may need more or less flour, look at the condition of the dough yourself.
  5. Cover it with a napkin. Let it lie and “distance” for 20-30 minutes. Or you can wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Then knead thoroughly again until it becomes elastic and smooth.
  7. Divide the dough into 5 parts, roll into balls. Leave one, put the rest aside, cover with a napkin so that the mass does not dry out.
  8. Sprinkle the table with flour, spread it over the table with your hand, roll out a plate with a rolling pin about 1 mm thick, sprinkle a small amount of flour on top, spread it, brush off the excess with your hand.
  9. Roll the plate not very tightly into a roll 3-4 cm wide.
  10. Cut the roll at an angle of 45 degrees into pieces of 5 cm. If you cut it with a curly knife, which is used to cut pasties, the brushwood will turn out in the form of flowers. Lightly pinch the ends to give a pointed shape.
  11. We do the same with the remaining dough.
  12. Heat oil in a cauldron or saucepan until boiling. Carefully, so as not to get burned, lower the workpieces into the oil. We lower it in small portions so that the products “open up”. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and allow excess oil to drain.
  13. Preparing syrup . Pour 2/3 cup of water into the pan, pour in a cup of sugar.
  14. Place on the fire, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 5 minutes. Then add honey and turn off the heat. Stir the syrup until the honey is completely dissolved.
  15. When the excess oil has drained off the finished treat and it has cooled down, dip it into the syrup for just a few seconds.
  16. Place the finished sweet in a large dish, sprinkle each layer with finely chopped nuts.
  17. When our tray is completely filled with a delicious delicacy and has cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top for extra beauty.

Recipe for classic cottage cheese brushwood


Brushwood with the addition of cottage cheese is considered the most common variety of this delicacy. The baked goods are soft and porous. It has excellent taste and attractive appearance. An additional advantage is simple preparation. It only takes 40 minutes. The result will be 10 products.

  • Flour – 800 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 600 ml;
  • Kefir – 500 ml;
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • Granulated sugar – 100 g;
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • Packaging of powdered sugar.

Preparation:

  1. Sift the flour so that there are no caked lumps.
  2. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Grind together with granulated sugar.
  3. Pour in kefir and mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour. Stir again.
  5. Add cottage cheese and knead the dough.
  6. Roll out the resulting dough with a rolling pin. You should end up with a layer 1 to 1.5 cm thick. Cut it into strips. Make a cut in the middle of each product. Turn the edge of the dough through it. The finished products will slightly resemble strands in appearance.
  7. Fill a suitable size container with vegetable oil. Put it on fire. After heating, add brushwood. Cooking time varies from 2 to 3 minutes. A sign of readiness will be the appearance of a golden crust. Place the finished treat on paper, which will absorb excess moisture.

Sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar.
