- In a separate cup, combine sour cream, salt, spices and garlic passed through a press. Stir until smooth.
- Add the sauce to the potatoes, stirring until all the pieces are coated with the sauce.
- Grease the mold with vegetable oil and place the potatoes into it.
- Grind the cheese and sprinkle it over the potatoes.
- Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- After half an hour, remove the foil and continue baking the dish for another 10 minutes.
If the side dish is prepared from older potatoes, it is advisable to increase its cooking time by 10–20 minutes.
Potato casserole for cabbage rolls
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt, potato seasonings - to taste;
- refined vegetable oil - 60 ml;
- milk - 120 ml.
- After peeling the potatoes, cut them into round slices about 0.5 cm thick. Place in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with seasonings and salt. Add finely chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir until seasonings and oil coat all pieces.
- Grease the pan with the remaining oil and place the potatoes in it.
- In a separate container, combine eggs and milk, beat them with a fork or mixer until the mixture is homogeneous in consistency.
- Salt the milk-egg mixture. Stir again. Pour it over the potatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the pan with potatoes in it. Bake it at this temperature for 50–60 minutes. To prevent the potatoes from burning, you can cover the pan with foil.

So, let's get cooking:
First, chop the cabbage as finely as possible.
Pour boiling water over the chopped vegetable and boil for a couple of minutes, then cool, discard in a colander and add to the minced meat.

- Cabbage - 1 kg;
- Minced meat - 250-300 g;
- Carrots - 2-3 pcs;
- Onions - 2-3 pcs;
- Greens (mixture) to taste;

To do this, cool the sauce to room temperature and place it in a container to freeze. Close the lid and pack it in a bag. - Tomato paste - 220 g;

Cook the rice. First, rinse it thoroughly. Then fill thoroughly with water and bring to a boil and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.

- Cut the onion into large cubes or half rings, without fear that it will not fry well. Finally, all ingredients are subjected to long-term heat treatment in the form of stewing, so all vegetables will be brought to full readiness.
- Pour vegetable oil onto the surface of a heated frying pan and lay out the onions.
- During the frying process, the onion will begin to change its color and, as soon as it begins to turn golden, it can be transferred from the frying pan to a deep cauldron or saucepan.
- The carrots, already washed and dried, are grated on a medium grater and transferred to a deep bowl.
- The tails of the washed eggplants are cut off, cut into half rings and all the pieces are salted, mixing them thoroughly in a deep bowl.
- Do the same with zucchini: wash, cut (thinly) and add salt.
- The cabbage is washed several times, then dried and chopped, as for a salad.
