- The taste of the dish largely depends on the bean sauce, so you should approach its preparation responsibly. Chop and fry the onion in oil. Pour in the paste. Add chopped greens. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Mix. Cook until the mixture thickens. Remember to stir constantly, otherwise the sauce will burn.
- Chop the garlic cloves. Mix with cooked beans. Add to sauce. Stir and simmer for seven minutes.

- In order for the beans to cook faster, they need to be soaked.
Pour 430 g of red beans into a bowl and fill it with cold water. The water should completely cover all the beans. Leave it for 3-4 hours, or better yet, overnight. Before cooking beans, make sure they are free from blemishes and completely smooth and firm to the touch. Important! If beans are not soaked before cooking, they can cause bloating. - When the beans stand and swell, drain them and place them in a saucepan. Pour 1.3 liters of water into a saucepan and bring everything to a boil over medium heat.
- Then drain the water again and pour in 1.3 liters of clean cold water.
- To make the beans soft, add 15 ml of vegetable oil to the pan.
- Cook the beans over low heat until tender. It takes me about 1 hour. To prevent it from darkening, cook it in an open container. Five minutes before readiness, add about 4 g of salt.
- While the beans are cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut 120 g of onion into half rings.
- Next, finely chop 15 g of parsley.
- When the beans are completely cooked and soft, drain them of water.
- Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the onion and fry it until golden brown.
- When the onion browns a little, add 45 g of tomato paste. Mix well and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Then add the beans to the onion, mix and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add 3 g of red and black ground pepper, as well as other spices to your taste.
- We also add parsley to the rest of the ingredients and mix everything thoroughly.
- Simmer all the vegetables for another 1 minute, and then turn it off and can be served as a side dish or as an independent dish.

- Take 320 g of beans and soak them in water for 10 hours or overnight.

- Simmer the vegetables for five minutes, remembering to stir them constantly so that they do not burn.
- Add tomato paste to the fried vegetables, mix everything and simmer the mixture a little more under a closed lid.
- Then pour in the beans, boiled until ready, and add salt, bay leaf and spices to your taste.
- Cover the pan again with a lid and continue to simmer the bean mass for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Then add chopped garlic and chopped herbs, mix everything.
- Cover the mixture with a lid and remove the pan from the heat.
The final stage

First way
- In the evening, pour the beans into a saucepan and fill it with boiling water.
- Then cover the pan with a lid and leave the beans in this form overnight.

- Cook the beans for twenty minutes until fully cooked.
Second way
- Pour cold water over the beans, put on the fire and wait until it boils.
- Then add granulated sugar at the rate of one tablespoon per liter of water.
- Boil the beans for twenty minutes, drain the water and add boiling water, then the beans will not turn out too sweet.
- Boil the beans for another five to seven minutes and remove from heat.

- Add garlic. Simmer for a minute. Pour in vinegar. Add chopped spinach. Salt and sprinkle with pepper. Mix.
Vegetable oil can be replaced with ghee or butter, then the dish will turn out tastier.

In a slow cooker, soaked beans reach the desired softness in 1.5 hours. In a double boiler it is much faster - in 40 minutes.
To determine if the beans are ready, remove three from the pot/slow cooker and taste each one. If the beans are soft, you can drain the water. If at least one is undercooked, continue cooking. Check again after 10–12 minutes.
