The recipe uses only vanilla sugar, so the cake turns out unsweetening and not too sweet. Only cookies and fruit add sweetness.
We will need:
- cookies – 500 g;
- cream 33% - 500 ml;
- apple juice (for soaking) – 150-200 ml;
- bananas – 2 pcs.;
- pears – 2 pcs.;
- vanilla sugar – 20 g;
- dark chocolate - 3 pieces.
Preparation:
- Wash the fruit. Peel the pears and peel the bananas. Let's cut them.
