Baked falafel with beets

Ingredients
- 1 beet;
- 170–200 g boiled or canned chickpeas;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of tahini (the tahini recipe is in our article);
- 1–2 tablespoons flour;
- several sprigs of parsley;
- 1 teaspoon cumin;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Place chopped beets, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, flour, chopped parsley, cumin into a blender bowl and chop.
The mixture should not be pasty. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Form small balls from it and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
