Ingredients

  • 1 beet;
  • 170–200 g boiled or canned chickpeas;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini (the tahini recipe is in our article);
  • 1–2 tablespoons flour;
  • several sprigs of parsley;
  • 1 teaspoon cumin;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation

Place chopped beets, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, flour, chopped parsley, cumin into a blender bowl and chop.
The mixture should not be pasty. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Form small balls from it and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
